Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about bicycles, pool, carts, beach etc. We asked her about the restaurants around the hotel, but she just told us only some restaurants’ name and no detail even the about the location. Other staffs are also bad. They don't smile or even greet us. When we came back from the shop in heavy rain and soaked deeply, staff just looked at us and said nothing while using umbrella. They don't care about the guest at all. Finally, we asked if late check-out is possible or not and staff told us we should talk to manager by ourself and didn't call the manager. I didn’t see any professionalism and philosophy from this hotel and not deserve to pay more than 400usd per night. They should realize how poor their service level is. I recommend this hotel to the people who need just facility.

The hotel was top tier and every staff member we encountered were professional and very helpful. The only thing I found disheartening was the staff sitting in the heat of the lobby with all the doors open. Why aren’t they able to sit in an air conditioned setting like their guest?

Alba and Stacey are the BEST!!!!!! From before I checked in thru the end of the Stay they were amazing. They were genuinely helpful, happy, kind, accommodating and made our stay unforgettable. I needed additional assistance with a few things and Alba was there every step of the way. The rum punch- YES! Property- 100/10 Service - 100/10 Room- 100/10 They are definitely perfect on purpose. I loved the pools, the on site resto was delish and tasty. The drivers (Windly especially and the other gent) are so kind and go the extra mile! Jaquees was also so helpful at night to get us in and out the gate. The property is quiet, clean, fun but relaxing and close to the GORGEOUS beach where you are treated like royalty.

Please do not stay here ..they are thieves!..Staff will come in your room and steal your belongings!!..Multiple designer items were missing they will act as if they’re oblivious! Please be aware, DO NOT BOOK OASIS!!!

We will def be back! Truly enjoyed everything! From the welcome drinks and getting our room tour by Alaon who added some comedic relief, we were off to a great start! We loved our room to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, truly felt like a tropical oasis. I’m always ready to go back home but for the first time I felt like I was home in our room that had a living room, dining room and full kitchen. The food onsite was delicious!!!! Very pricey though (offering a discount for ppl staying at the hotel would be nice). The golf cart to the beach was truly a treat and so fun! The woman at the front desk, Stacey was such a delight! Her presence made such a difference every time we walked by the lobby! We can’t wait to return to this (what we selfishly hope stays a hidden gem in Turks)!

This is a beautiful property! We were there celebrating our 25th anniversary. They were sweet enough to leave a bottle of prosecco for us upon arrival. The attention to detail is excellent. The pools are beautiful! Very clean, safe, friendly staff. Our room had everything we needed and more! Beautiful beach set up that was a convenient golf cart ride away. We would definitely stay at Oasis again!

The outside shower in the King Deluxe room was the highlight of my stay.

We loved our stay at The Oasis! The property was superb and quiet. It only has 36 rooms, so you’re not tripping over people or dealing with inattentive service from the staff. Our room was cleaned and fully stocked daily. Room service was quick and convenient. You get shuttle service to and from the beach, which was lovely! Also, there were chairs and canopies set up on the beach along with towel service. Everything was wonderful! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay for 4 nights. I’m sure we will return. Shout out to David at Isolana. Incredibly hospitable and makes a mean margarita.

Beautiful and surprisingly quiet place short walk from the beach. Great service. Really enjoyed the free e-bike service that helped us see more places around the area.

Beautiful small resort with exceptionally friendly staff, attractive grounds and clean, well-air conditioned rooms! Would totally stay there again!

Loved everything about the property!!

We loved our stay at The Oasis! The staff is so friendly and the property is beautiful. So many great amenities like the beach shuttle/ food & drink service on the beach/ free airport pickup and drop off/ free electric bike use etc. The only problem I had was that I have some food restrictions and the restaurant was not very accommodating (especially the dinner menu) but I made it work!! Regardless, we would 1000% come back we loved The Oasis!
