Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about bicycles, pool, carts, beach etc. We asked her about the restaurants around the hotel, but she just told us only some restaurants’ name and no detail even the about the location. Other staffs are also bad. They don't smile or even greet us. When we came back from the shop in heavy rain and soaked deeply, staff just looked at us and said nothing while using umbrella. They don't care about the guest at all. Finally, we asked if late check-out is possible or not and staff told us we should talk to manager by ourself and didn't call the manager. I didn’t see any professionalism and philosophy from this hotel and not deserve to pay more than 400usd per night. They should realize how poor their service level is. I recommend this hotel to the people who need just facility.

We didn’t stay in the room. It was dirty, very tiny room and had a strong chemical smell. We left and booked another hotel. This hotel refused to give a refund.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Oasis Grace Bay. The pool, grounds, and beach area are very well maintained, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the distance to the beach and restaurants could not be beat. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant very much, and the staff there was very attentive and kind. We would love to return someday!

My room was extremely clean and very spacious with great service everywhere around the property.Very quiet and laid-back atmosphere.Next to all the hotstops nightlife. Will stay here again

Great experience

Absolutely loved Oasis at Grace Bay. The staff were all extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room and facilities were all very clean and smelled really fresh. The food was phenomenal. The golf cart ride to the beach was only 2 minutes and never had to wait more than a couple minutes if it wasnt there. Beach chairs were padded with covers. Super comfortable. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I would probably only stay here in Turks. Amazing property, great neighbourhood and close to the beach.

Absolutely amazing staff and gorgeous vacation spot! The e-bikes were a wonderful experience that we used to see the beautiful island and shop every single day. Alba, Susie, Ivenko, and Ben were a few of the fantastic staff members who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect!

We spent our engagement weekend at The Oasis and it was simply a dream. The staff were amazing. The property was beautiful. And the beach access couldn't have been easier.

Our stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay was absolutely amazing — one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. The on-site Italian restaurant was an absolute gem — honestly, the best Italian food we've had outside of Italy! The quaint, custom decor throughout the property added so much charm and character. We were greeted with drinks :) Thoughtful amenities like the Nespresso machine in our room and convenient, complimentary rides to the beach were great! The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and memorable stay.

Overall, my experience at the Oasis was fantastic—I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape.

The staff was warm and welcoming.

The hotel is located in the heart of Grace Bay. While not exactly on the beach, one can walk to the hotel's beach facility in a few minutes or take a hotel van. Grace Bay beach is a extraordinary. The hotel has a restaurant and is close to many others.

It’s a nice quiet place to relax, but what makes this property so special is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Literally the best place I’ve stayed in my many years of traveling and visiting new countries. This place was gorgeous, the employees were BEYOND friendly, we became friends with all of them. The food was great. Cheaper than downtown. The bike riding was fun, the free airport transfer was a bonus, and I’m just in awe at how this trip really felt like a vacation because we had no worries. Even when my party was loud one of the nights, security kindly asked us to quiet down but to remain where we were. The kindness there was felt through every single thing we did. I’m bringing my parents this summer!!!
