It was close to the airport and could provide transportation to and from. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was first rate and really helped make the stay a good one. I would definitely stay in this property again.

空港からの送迎10＄、まあ妥当でしょう。両替後、そのドライバーから“Japan,Samurai"とか言って、チップの請求。習慣なら従おう、と言われるままの額をウガンダ紙幣で渡す。後で換算してみると、6＄位に相当。これは、高過ぎではないか？本人は1食分だとか言ってたが、後日、地方のレストランで食事をしたら、その半分以下だった。部屋に荷物を置き、さて一服とタバコを吸っていたら、別のスタッフがやって来て、また“Japan"を連発しながら、タバコのおねだり。 後で、ウガンダについての解説を読むと、サファリドライバーのような例外を除き、チップの習慣は無い、レストランでも不要と書いてあった。するとこのホテルのスタッフの連中は、一体何だ！？

This place is a bit of a ghost town. Management is absent from the property and the staff, while nice and well-meaning, can't confirm your booking or access your records at check-in. It's you to prove you've booked with your receipt. Then they have no idea which room you booked and you've got to look around the hotel til it matches the picture and description on the receipt. Staff were really helpful with luggage though.

I stay here overnight almost every time I come to Uganda because I need to travel from Entebbe to Mbarara, and it is not always safe to travel long distances over night. I've always been satisfied since staying here 2016 to the present day

I checked in quite late and the whole place was quite dark. It felt unsafe, like I was the only customer there. There isn’t enough lighting around the hotel. My room smelled quite damp and the bedcover looked dirty which got me questioning everything else.

The property is very nice and has so much potential. The room that we were given only had one towel, air conditioner did not work, no tv remote control, wifi didn’t work and the taxi that was ordered did not show up in the morning. The hotel did fix all of the problems after moving to a new room. The food in the restaurant was good and the manager was very nice. Just a note, hotel shuttle is free only for airport pick up not return.

Le camere standard sono vecchie e se Xs alcun confort. No phon. No bollitore etc. L’hotel era deserto e il ristorante aveva escusò gran parte del menu. la Wi-Fi nelle stanze non prende. Solo due cose positive: la reception molto gentile e pulito

Just an overnight stay after arriving from airport in Entebbe. They sent an airport shuttle (car) to pick me up, and driver was nice and courteous. Hotel was clean, service was good and welcoming.
