Banda Lodge is good in the quality of the place. It is in good shape and the Banda's have a good living quality. The staff is there when someone ask for them. What has to get better with the staff is that the proactively behaviour needs to improve. Service needs good prediction of the customers needs so the customers feels cared.

A lovely quiet place with a nice vieuw from the restaurant up. Staff was very friendly and polite.We liked the Pool.

El problema es la ausencia de pieza con baño privado. Ese es el mayor inconveniente ya que para ir a hacer sus necesidades o tomar una ducha, es necesario salir de la pieza. Aparte de esto, la vista desde el restaurante es muy linda, la comida que se sirve es buena y bien presentada. El servicio, así como la amabilidad del personal, es excelente.

I last stayed here more than 4 years ago and it was okay. Since then they have improved beyond measure. Extensive expansion, a new restaurant and much more professional. It is at the highest end of budget, delivers fantastic value in a good but quiet location and the service was brilliant - especially from Shakira and Angel. If I am ever in the area I would definitely choose Banda Lodge for value, ambience and service. And the Swedish beef/potato/egg thing on the menu is delicious!

Great place to stay. Would be nice to have a fan for the nighttime but otherwise great spot.

Hopefully this was just an off day. We checked in late. The room is very, very nice, especially the two bedroom. The plug for the TV was not working. The internet was also not working. So we were essentially forced to go to bed. The power was out most of the morning. When we arrived to breakfast all of the food was finished. We waited for them to bring more pancakes and eggs but that was all they brought. None of the other food was replaced, and we only arrived at breakfast at 9 am. It was disappointing that everything we expected from our reservation (cable TV, wifi, breakfast) were missing.

A nice relaxing escape in a unique experience. The staff are attentive and friendly. The view from the restaurant is great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Banda Lodge. It was quiet and relaxing - just what we needed. Our cottage was very clean and had everything we required. The shower especially was excellent - the best we have ever had in Uganda. Every meal we had did not disappoint - the food was very good indeed. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and saw to our every need. We would highly recommend staying at Banda Lodge. We stayed 5 nights and were sorry to leave!

Very good food and really friendly staff. Comfortable room and quiet at nighttime. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

Stella is amazing! The beds are less than wonderful but the swimming pool is great.
