This hotel is very comfortable. All staffs are very kind.

The stay was comfortable and the AC was amazing. Some things to note: The room was not soundproof at all (despite what the listing states), we could hear every conversation at the front desk. Maybe other rooms are different, but ours was right off the front lobby. The water took over 10 minutes to warm, so I took 2 cold showers assuming there wasn’t any hot water. There are not digital channels on the TV, there are 3 channels only and one is completely static. TV is too old to have an HDMI, so we used my laptop instead. Breakfast is not made-to-order, there was fried Irish (potatoes), baked beans, and pancakes. The location is great, Muyenga is amazing, but it is unlikely I will stay here again.

The staff at Emmaus is what keeps us coming back. They are just very kind and help in any way that they can. The bed is comfortable and the room is kept very clean. The quiet was so appreciated and the location was great. We were able to walk to many of our meeting places and it was very easy to get an UBER ride to/from anywhere. Enjoyed it.

Very clean. Well maintained property. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Felt quite safe. Lovely grounds. But the best of all was the staff. From the receptio there, to the room service, to the people in the dining room and kitchen- everyone was friendly and competent and helpful. Will stay again.

The staff was so kind and friendly. Enjoyed having breakfast made to order / especially loved they it was not just the same food over and over again. The room was kept clean and the mosquito net was hung in a way that ensured sleep was protected. Will return!
