屋上の眺めは良かったです。一般の客には,少し不便な立地かと思います。また、道路と工場からの音が大きく気になる方は、宿泊場としては適地では無いかもしれません!

Nice staff

The entire property is a little gem a hotel and reasonably priced! Im from the USA and the Galaxy is my preferred choice in hotels. It always clean. All the rooms are nice and all have TVs and cable. The restaurant on Roof Top serves great food and you cant beat the FREE BREAKFAST! Its location is perfectly located near downtown where you can walk to shop or catch a Boda or Taxi to town. Awesome Manager, helpful, and friendly Staff!

Clean secure and functioning hotel in a good location if you want to walk around Kampala. Asked for help and advice on getting a bus to Mutukula but ended up having to get up very early just to get a taxi to a bus station that didn’t go where we wanted which was disappointing. Laundry is 5000 shillings per item!

Staffs were very much friendly

The property is clean and basic. However the front desk receptions were not so friendly in responding to requests. They need some professional training. One of the days, there was no bottled water in the room.

Very close to town

Didn't have my reservation although we showed the desk our confirmation numbers. So we paid twice for a room. I was very disappointed because me and my wife usually have a good experience here

The property's location is very convenient, right in the city centre, and could do better with an elevator and sound-proof windows in the future.

Great staff and reasonable prices.

As a frequent world traveller ( International correspondent ) , this was my worst hotel stay- EVER! Do not be fooled by the bogus percentage or the numbers that Galxay management displays. It is simply not true. Out of the 6 nights I was trapped in that “ heartbreak Motel“ the Internet was absent for 2 days, partially or continuously. After exhaustive inquiry it turned out that the “ simple technical problem “ reason they told us was a lie! We learned that the provider interrupted the service because Galaxy people FAILED to pay on time! Adding to your misery, there are NO air conditioning in the pigeon-cage-sized rooms. As such, the frequent electricity blackouts would make your sleepless night more hellish! The powerless staff are extremely friendly and polite but if you had a chance to speak to their sales accountant, Edwin, he would undoubtedly volunteer unnecessary over doze of arrogance, pretentious of knowledge and tendencies to adopt fraudulent ways to overcharge you! Although my actual stay was 6 nights he insisted to charge me for a 7th night that I did not stay ! When I told him this is a brazen , fraudulent , rip off of my money and vowed to report it on my review , his reply was “ pay us and write what you want .We do not care about your threats “.I hope Expedia Group and its affiliates care about their reputation and there customers.I demand compensation and kicking Galaxy Motel from their listing. It's convenient

Overall, my husband enjoyed his stay. Did not expect that there would be no air conditioning in the room; however, staff attempted to make him comfortable. He also thought that the breakfast variety was lacking. If you're from the United States, this motel is similar to a Motel 6 without air. Adjust expectations and everything will be fine. The staff is the BIG PLUS for staying here.
