Good

Extremely noisy on Fri/Sat/Sun nights! Booming music, the windows even shake; this is not a place for restful retreat. But it does the job for a quick in-city stay.

Love this hotel! Outdoor dining, excellent food, live music on Sunday, helpful staff. Rooms are average but comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is well maintained. Among the staff Jimmy on the Saba restaurant is exceptional in his customer service. He is courteous and friendly and really made my stay enjoyable! Keep up the good work, Jimmy!!

Two staff I encountered had wrong attitude

This hotel is in a safe neighborhood, quiet yet centrally located. Great staff team. They also have an in-house 24 taxi service, staffed with professional corteous drivers. Outdoors dinning area has a very relaxed atmosphere.

This hotel was nice . Sadly , I never had hot water had cold showers for all 6 days that I stayed there. Except for this it had a good restaurant and great service from the staff . I won’t stay there again as it is not a cheap hotel and hot showers should be taken as mandatory.

While my stay was good, the hotel charged me costs of a previous guest and because i didnt check the receipt at check out i only realised this when i was submitting my expenses to my company. Despite writing to the hotel to ask them to send me the correct receipts, they have been non responsive. This keaves such a bad taste in the mouth and although i liked the location, iam not going back there. I have also notified the group that booked the meeting there and they equally were not successful in getting me the correct receipts. Never going back there

Fint hotell sentralt i Kampala. Moderne og nytt, gode frokoster, svært vennlig og hyggelig betjening, trivelig terrasseområde og stille område som gjør at man sover godt.
