There is bedbugs....

インド人のツアーでよく使われているようです。ホテルの中に焼き鳥のレストランがあります。設備は古く、夜間、外からの音が聞こえてきて、結構うるさいです。

正直建物は古いし部屋も古いけれど安いし日本食レストランがありホテル滞在だと２０％OFF 場所は便利だしドバイでのショートステイに利用してます

立地は繁華街に近く、また北朝鮮、日本食レストラン、サウナもあり短期滞在には十分な環境でした。部屋はやや古めですが、清潔です。ベルボーイも気さくで親しみを覚えました。

My reservation was not booked at the Hotel in spite I'd paid and received the confirmation. The reception staff was quite suspicious and said only "they cannot arrange a room" until I showed the confirmation copy on my smartphone. The staffs seemed to have no idea and been stuck when they're faced with some accident which they don't learn how to deal with or beyond the "textbook". What's more, they asked me the rate at which I'd made a reservation and even whether I'd paid or not!! And they even told me to send the copy of confirmation to their manager by myself!! There's no apology or consideration though they sighed so many times... I have no idea this trouble was caused by Hotels.com or Ascot because there's of course no explanation. Anyway, I recommend those who plan to stay at hotels in the Gulf should bring the copied confirmation. Such behaviors are quite common even at 5-star hotels in Gulf area, where many staffs are expat workers lack of enough training or loyalty to their duty. Except for the above, staffs were friendly and nice. The room was a little bit old-fashioned, but simple, cozy, and so quiet (not loud as other hotels) that I could sleep well.

部屋は、特に文句なく、清潔です。 しかしながら、他の方もコメントされていましたが夜にバーからの音楽がかなり聞こえてきます。私は3階でした。

4階フローで5階真上がインドレストランであったので3時ごろまでうるさく眠れなかった。チックアウトのときだいぶまたされた。

Das Hotel hat schon einmal bessere Tage gesehen. Es gab große Probleme beim Check-In. Die Reservierung wurde zunächst nicht gefunden. Trotz Bestätigung auf der Reservierung war das Frühstück nicht inklusive - ich solle mich mit Expedia in Verbindung setzen. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Das Hotel ist abgewohnt, die Möbel alt - es war zumindest sauber, was ich aber auch erwarten kann. Absolutes NO-GO ist der Night-Club im Erdgeschoß des Hotels. Bis nach 4 Uhr morgens lief dort laute Musik, hat man natürlich im Zimmer gehört. Das einzig positive ist die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt von Dubai, in 10 Minuten ist man am Dubai Creek. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Was amazing experience, just to let everyone know when you stay make sure to keep your ear plugg handy because you won't be able to sleep at night coz of loud music everday .. they have sever clubs and bar all over . Special thanks to the room services specially vikas to give us the best experience and guidance. I wish he was a supervisor.

I paid 2 days but leave after 1 day Expedia didn't any refund i booked new one woth booking. Com

Lack of maintenance, filthy, the cleaner was using a waterbottle to mop the floor Bad smells, noisy , the guy that checked was rude,

Hotel wa nice and clean. Receptionist was very off. I still cannot understand why he wanted my sister to speak in hindi, which is not our language. And he was very disturbed and frustrated himself. Its sad to be welcomed with this kind of person to meet 1st thing to walk in such a nice hotel.its a shame.

It was very friendly environment. Thanks to team of Zain,Jona,Santosh and Arif’s team. I have booked again to stay in few weeks ! 🙏🙏🙏

decent location, rooms a bit small, but only stayed 4 nights, so it was acceptable. rooms were made everyday. clean and tidy.
