The room was upgraded but very far away from the reception/breakfast location like 5-7 minutes walk
The hotel wasn’t easily accessible by walk even it’s located right next to the airport, it’d take 25 minutes by walk and had to wait a 20-30 minutes long line for a 3 minutes taxi drive to the hotel and even complained by a taxi driver as it’s too close

Highly recommended hotel assuming you getca good price. We got a package including lounge access which we loved. Our room was modernised and fresh. The only downside I found was the state of the pool cushion pads. Well past their best.

The location next to the airport is very convenient. The hotel is large enough that even when it's well occupied, you don't feel like you're bumping into each other. There are multiple pools and food is good. Not great! However, what makes a difference the staff?: the Emirates are notorious for the quality of the service provided by the staff. The La Royal side of the Le Méridien is the best for business and leisure staycations. Breakfast and afternoon tea and happy hour with meals and drinks included with the room booking. Excellent service great options for all.

Hôtel paradisiaque avec de très bon équipements ! L'hôtel, qui se trouve juste en face de l'aéroport reste vraiment très très calme et nous n'avons entendu très peu de bruits (avions qui décolle par exemple). Nous sommes restés 1 semaine et avons vécu un très bon moment ! Le personnel est très agréable, gentils et très serviables. Beaucoups de restaurants, d'activitées et de bar sont présent, ce qui laisse un choix large pour manger ou profiter d'un bon cocktail. Petit bémols, malgré les navettes gratuites qu'offrent l'hôtel pour les centres commerciaux et l'aéroport, la station de métro la plus proche est à 20min à pied de l'hôtel (des taxis sont tout de même accessible pour se déplacer).

Great hotel but alot of issues i had a hole in my bathroom ceiling .phone battery was dead shower head in bathroom was broken and had bug in the room they upgraded me and gave me some free meals that was accommodating they only other thing is the air fresher that they spray through out the hotel affected me really bad due to me having really bad asthma i had to go buy a breathing maching because my asthma pumps was not worked due to how strong the scent was

It was good, clean, nice staff and a lot of restaurants. The only minus was the area because nothing beside the airport is close to this hotel.
Due to the announced expansion of Al Maktoum Airport on 28 April 2024, Dubai International Airport will be shut down once Al Maktoum Airport expansion will be completed

The place was stunning, with exceptionally friendly staff and top-notch service.
We had dinner at Casa Mia—delicious food and a lovely atmosphere, although not everything on the menu was available.
The room included a jacuzzi, which was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
