プールが良かったです

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Palm Jumeirah. The staff there are all incredibly friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The dining at the Levantera for the buffet was excellent. We are plant based so it can often be challenging to find good options to eat but the staff made such great effort by showing us exactly what we could eat and also created extra plant based dishes for us which we really appreciated. The facilities at the hotel are also great. The gym is a good size and has very good quality equipment so you can get a really good workout there. We spend a little time by the pool which we enjoyed. It wasn’t overcrowded and you could easily get a sun lounger when needed. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and I would recommend the Marriott Palm Jumeirah for the great service, quality and location.

My stay at your hotel was absolutely wonderful. I travel frequently, and I can honestly say this was the best service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the porters went above and beyond—assisting with my luggage and helping arrange taxis and Ubers for my family and me. I arrived earlier than expected, and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready. This made a big difference, as it allowed my child to rest right away. The welcome amenities in the room and the thoughtful goody package for my child were lovely touches. The front desk staff, housekeeping team, and restaurant staff were all exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional, and made our stay truly special.

Stort hotell med varierande service. 5 stjärnor går till personalen på frukosten samt Above eleven. Strandpersonalen kändes omotiverad, service tog långt tid. Motsvarande intryck fick vi av receptionen. Viljan att göra det lilla extra saknades. Hade önskat att vi fått information innan ankomst att det skulle vara ett bröllop på hotellet, blev tyvärr ett störningsmoment då delar av de allmänna ytorna spärrades av & högljudd musik. Vill man spendera dagen vid poolen behöver man vara uppe tidigt och boka stolar, något vi inte upplevt förut i Dubai eller på andra femstjärniga hotell runt om i världen. Slutsatsen blir tyvärr att det finns bättre hotell för pengarna.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr hochwertige und gut durchgestylte moderne Ausstattung und uns hat inbesondere das gehobene Ambiente und die Sauberkeit gefallen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen schönen Blick in Richtung Palm/Marina. Das Personal erlebten wir aussergewöhnlich gut - stets freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig. Im Hotel sind mehrere Restaurants, die wir geren genutzt hatten. Zu unseren Favoriten zählte die Rooftopbar im "Above Eleven" und das koreanische Restaurant. Empfehelnswert is ebenfalls die Marriott M Lounge. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Wurden Top bedient. Alles wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir sind 5h vor dem check-in angekommen und haben nach kurzer wartezeit gleich en Zimmer ohne aufpreis erhalten. Top Service. Gleiches gillt für Late chack-out.

Hotel was in the perfect location, right on the beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a good choice of on site restaurants. The room was spacious and bathroom was also a good size. We had access to the Club lounge that was very handy offering a good range of breakfast, lunch and evening food and beverages.

Great place to stay

Our family recently stayed at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, and we had a wonderful experience, especially traveling with our baby. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and we were particularly touched by how they remembered our son’s name every time they saw him—it made the stay feel extra special. The amenities for our baby were excellent; the cot provided was comfortable and well-prepared, making our stay much easier. The breakfast selection each morning was fantastic, with a great variety to suit all tastes. One of the highlights was the half-board dining option, which offered a good selection of restaurants. There was plenty of credit included, allowing us to enjoy a filling meal and a drink without any issues. The food quality across the restaurants was excellent. The service was exceptional—all staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Any small issues we encountered were swiftly resolved with respect and efficiency. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families. We would definitely be happy to visit again!

Lovely hotel and staff

Great location

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich ausser in den Restaurants läuft zu laute Musik und ist sehr dunkel für Babys. Die Lage ist wundervoll man kann der Promenade entlang gehen oder erreicht alles super schnell. Würde das Hotel nur empfehle.
