室外機？がうるさかった

夜出発のフライトだったが、チェックアウト後にとても清潔でお洒落なシャワールームを無料で使用できた。

Very comfortable. A subway station is very near the hotel.

酒店的交通很方便，旁边就是地铁。游泳池周围的地面正在维修，地面破损而且还有垃圾。

Hotel is generally OK for a short stay. Restaurant and lounge empty in evening, which feels weird. Pool is very small so if there are a few screaming kids it is not very inviting. Breakfast is very good. Room clean and has enough amenities, but no decent coffee (just necasfe instant)

I wouldn't recommend the hotel as it is pretty dated and doesnt have great air circulation.

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It is quiet at night but close to the station and across to the marina.

During our stay, the AC didn't work. We got it fixed but it still didn't work! That was unacceptable in the Dubai heat, not something you would expect from a 5 star hotel! Our "king" bed was 2 twin beds combined which completely threw me off. Not just the bedframes, but the mattresses too were 2 twin ones. Thus, feeling like 2 completely separate beds joined together!

The check in was at 2 pm and u reached at 2:45 pm but was made to wait till 3:15 before I got the room. This is a VIP property but no room upgrade was offered. The kids stayed back one of the evenings and when they ordered food, the hotel staff refused to tab it on the room. We ate at the hotel a few times and they made us pay every time instead of putting on the room and clearing the bill on check out. Very poor experience.

Its a good hotel but the staff need alot of training especially in the area of how they can be demanding about paying for things that you have put against the room charges. I had on a few occasions been called by reception downatairs to come and settle a breakfast or meal bill Can you not wait till the guest is checking out to close this? one other really bad experience..got woken up at 2am in the night for a wrong in room dining delivery and they didnt wven apologise. please learn from other hotels nearby like Taj

WiFi needs improvement. I did not know any VIP access in this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Everyone is so helpful and the breakfast was so delicious with many option to chose from.

A clean hotel, easily accessible and close to everywhere

Our stay was okay. Unfortunately our room looked extremely clean but really smelt of cigarettes from a previous guest. The location of the hotel was amazing in proximity to the tram and metro. The surround area was so quiet and nice for a walk. Staff for friendly. The gym was great feature. We were disappointed by the pool. The pictures make it look bigger than it is and work was being done at one end meaning the space for sunbeds was limited at the other end.

Der Service und das Personal waren top. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Allerdings ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt man allein schon an den Badezimmern. Eine Metrostation ist direkt vor der Tür aufgrund der Lage braucht man aber zu Downtown ca. 30-40 Minuten. Der JBR Strand ist Fuß in ca. 30-40 Minuten erreichbar. Daher auch die Punktabzüge.

First time staying in this area, and it was a perfect location for what I needed. Staff were great and very helpful with anything I needed. Managed to check in early due to arriving early that day. This is right next to a Metro station so you can use this or the Tram to get into the Marina & JBR, or walk across the Bridge and into the Marina & JBR by foot. Was a short trip so didn’t get to use the facilities but will stay again as reasonably priced with great facilities and transport links.

Good hotel

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer und haben kostenlos einen dreistündigen Late-checkout erhalten. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr groß, aber wirklich mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet und wurde vorbildlich gereingt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig (1.000 Meter) zur Dubai-Marina-Mall und hat liegt direkt an einer Metro-Station (250 Meter) und einer Tramstation (350 Meter). Trotz der Lage an der Scheich Zayid Road ist die Schalldämmung so gut, dass man davon nichts mitbekommt. Pool, Restaurant und Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, so dass wir dazu leider nichts sagen können.
