Stay here often, highly recommended

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and no waiting. Bed mattress was uncomfortable and gave me a sore back. Staff were friendly.

Large hotel with lots of facility's. Fantastic swimming pool, numerous bars& restaurants, entertainment for all ages. Not a sea front hotel but in a nice location & a nice walk through the park to town & buses.

Surpassed expectations, friendly staff. Pool and gym, dining, a few restaurants to choose from, very central for shops and dining. Good value.

Fantastic stay loved the breakfast and sports facilities especially the pool with indoor and out and heated. Such good value

We paid for a standard double room and were given a suite with balcony, kitchen, dinette and lounge. What's not to like?!

The wonderful flower and shrub display as you enter the hotel. And the excellent way the hotel is furnished. Also the different Bars, Piano bar, American style diner etc.

Staff bend over backward to help.Unfortunately part of the trip involved a bank holiday, so the hotel and the pool were filled with locals on a weekend break and activities like aquarobics and Pilates classes etc. weren't on as the staff were on holiday too. Food plentiful and lots of choice but the hot dishes could have been hotter, as it was they were quite tepid, but served on hot plates. Conveniently placed for a 15 minute walk into town and to the local park where a brass band was playing.Nightly entertainment for the kids was excellent, entertainment for the adults was a bit samey with mostly singers, but an excellent magic act. Sun beds and particularly umbrellas around the pool were in short supply, and some of the deck chairs were in poor condition.The restaurant staff need particular comment as they were superb, attentive and efficient.For a 3 star hotel,it was excellent and would recommend it.

The best thing about this hotel are the superb, diligent hard working staff. The entertainment for the children under 9 are superb. Our little one has many fond memories of our break in Jersey, thanks to the wonderful facilities and the staff who deliver exceptional service.

Am meisten hat uns die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter beeindruckt, egal ob die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, an den Bars, im Restaurant oder die Putzkräfte. Alle waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Überhaupt auf der ganzen Insel sind alle Menschen sehr freundlich. Das einzige, womit wir etwas zu kämpfen hatten, war der Duschknopf, aber man hat sich dann auch daran gewöhnt.

What a wonderful hotel! Myself and my son had the best stay here, he absolutely loved being able to go to the swimming pool everyday and thoroughly enjoyed the flow rider experience. Every member of staff we met were super friendly and made the stay comfortable. The evening entertainment had a good balance of activities for the whole family. Breakfast had a great selection of foods and was a welcome addition to the stay so we could fuel up every morning. Everywhere in the hotel was super clean and our room was spotlessly clean each day by Shaun. The hotel is a short 10-15 minute walk into town and easy to do with children. We would certainly come back!!!!

Hôtel parfait avec 3 restaurants, des animations en soirée pour les enfants, un Bel espace aquatique super agréable surtout par beau temps! Chambre spacieuse avec des rangements. Nous y avons passé un super séjour !

Les chambres étaient bien proportionnées pour 3 personnes Le seul hic est la douche très puissante L’accès à la piscine top (malgré la fermeture à 18h, un peu top je trouve) Les restaurants à différents prix avec une bonne qualité Les spectacles un peu trop fort Le petit déjeuner excellent avec une très grande variété de produits
