サービスがとても良く、雰囲気も良い。サスティナブルな取り組みにも共感が持てる。レストランも素晴らしく美味しい。

新しく綺麗でとても良かったです。シャワーの圧力や温度も問題ありませんでした。また午前10:00頃に到着しましたが、すぐにお部屋に案内していただきとてもゆっくり出来ました。ホテル専用のテスラがあり、15ブロック以内であれば無料で送っていただけるサービスもとても良かったです！！！

I don't recommend this hotel.

部屋にセントラルパークへもって行けるヨガマットがあるのは驚きだった、もっと長く滞在し、使用したかった。

洗面台にヒビ割れがあり修復はされてるものの水漏れが少しあった。

Great location, stylish hotel, terrific bar and restaurant. The rooms are very nice, only complaint was the lighting was minimal and dim. It is pricy but we had a lovely stay.

We had a good stay and the staff we worked with went out of their way to be kind, helpful and informative. Our issue was physical with the lack of any privacy around the toilet. I am a mid 60s doctor, may partner a very open minded mid 40s and neither of us are comfy sitting on the toilet having a bowel movement in front of each other with its associated noises. Won't be staying with you again for that simple reason. The rest of the stay was really great and again your staff was great from the door men to the front desk. Thank you.

Exceedingly above my expectations

We had an amazing stay at 1Hotel Central Park. The location was fabulous.

Facilities mediocre. Location and staff excellent.

I booked a suite on the 14th floor for 6 days for my team’s series against the Yankees and The Club World Cup. The room was nice, a bit cramped for what I expected for a suite and had a very small shower. The air conditioning in the room was broken and it was not remedied for 3 days when I reluctantly asked if I could switch rooms. I purchased a hand held thermometer to test the temperature of the room (74-76°) but was told by management that engineering tested it “blowing at 60.” Over those three days it took much back and forth but I was eventually moved to a lower category room on the floor 8 next to the elevator. The new room was fine. AC worked and room was a suitable replacement. It felt way less cramped than the 14th floor suite. I was disappointed being so near the elevator because I heard everyone’s conversation (including housekeeping) that was waiting for the elevator (which often took more than 3 minutes to reach my floor). I received great customer service from some staff, Lei, Suzy and Josue. And some disappointing customer care from most everyone else. The doormen did not open the door or greet me once. Upon checkout they did not assist with luggage (I am recently recovering from bilateral broken humerus). The in-app chat was not helpful. And it once took over 10 hours for a response The positives were many despite some of the negatives. Great location, unique decor and beautiful in room bathrooms, comfortable beds. I would give them a second chance.

We have traditionally always stayed in the theater district area however more recently the area has changed. More homeless, dirtier and just not as enjoyable for us. We decided to stay more uptown in the central park area and the Orbitz site recommended the 1 Hotel Central Park. From the moment we checked in it was truly like a zen feeling and experience. Less hustle and bustle checking in, the staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful in every way from the check to the concierge. The room was modern (in a zen way), mini bar was stocked with wines, drinks and snacks. A coffee pod machine as well. The restaurant Jams, was excellent for breakfast and always packed! We HIGHLY recommend staying here and as a matter of fact tyhis will be our new go to staying in NYC.
