住宅街にBed&Brekfast Innが並び閑静でNapa有数のレストラン街まで徒歩７~１５分以内。写真と実際にずれがある。例えば写真はプライベートテラス付のようだが実際はPublicでドアを開けると他の宿泊者がワインを飲んでいる状況で、部屋の変更をお願いした。１泊目と２泊目が違う部屋となった。どんな部屋か直接問い合わせた方がBetter。経営者は直接の予約を望んでいる様子であったのが気になる。８月上旬の滞在でしたが夏用ジャケットを持っていて助かった。

１８０１ First は、NAPAのダウンタウンまで歩いて5分くらい。とても便利なロケーションにありながら、建築100年以上経ったことを感じさせない、清潔感と、格調高いインテリア、また、ホテルのスタッフのフレンドリーなおもてなしが最高でした。夕方の５：３０から６：３０は、パティオでのチーズとワインサービスがあり、朝食は、2種類から選べ、いずれも美味。 英語がある程度話せる方であり、普通のホテルに泊まるのでなくて、アメリカの家らしい体験をしたければ是非お勧め。値段もリーズナブルでとてもよかった。

Enjoyable stay

It was amazing. From the wine event in the evening to the fantastic breakfast and a wonderful room, it is a treasure.

We had a great stay here! Loved the Innkeeper, the happy hour and breakfast. Clean, convenient and close to downtwon Napa! We will definitely be back!

Excellent! Only problem is no way to avoid some stairs which is a problem for some people and difficult to get out of parking without backing into street traffic.

This B&B is absolutely lovely. It sits so elegantly in a beautiful neighborhood and is in walking distance from downtown Napa. Both the owner and concierge were lovely and each served us wine and cheese at 5:30 at night. We also enjoyed the truffles left in our room, as well as the refrigerator stocked with drinks. The cottage was spacious and really pretty. The bathroom was well appointed and had plenty of counter space for the two of us. There was a kumquat tree laden with fruit right outside our door. I was encouraged to pick anything I wanted. Great parking too.

Awesome stay

Great owner made our stay feel personalized, super kind and accommodating. Chef breakfast ever had. Wine hour great. Made all reservations for my wife’s birthday. AWESOME VIBE

This was a lovely place to stay. It was very close to downtown, which made everything highly accessible. The house was also clean and well-maintained. I would absolutely stay here again.

We felt like we were home away from home. Everything was great. Our only recommendation is to consider upgrading mattress.

I didn’t like that Expedia would not refund one night back to us because we had a funeral. The Inn said they had no problem refunding us, but Expedia said no. I am never using Expedia again

Very nice and cute BnB. Serve very good breakfast and also provide wine tasting in the evening with good cheese and food. The staff is very nice and knows you by names.

Understanding it’s a home built in 1903, but we had the superior room and it was very outdated needed new carpeting and a fresh coat of paint. The pictures did not look the same as it did on Expedia. The lobby was cute,

Our suite was clean and well appointed with a jacuzzi tub and French doors that opened directly to a lovely patio garden. The host Carrie was very friendly and the breakfasts she served were wonderful.

Upon arrival, we were shown to our room but were not provided with any information regarding keys or building access. No key was handed to us, and after searching, we believe it may have fallen behind the table where your staff member briefly placed it. Lacking a key, we had no means to lock our room and, assuming this was acceptable under the circumstances, left it unlocked when we went out. Additionally, there was no staff present at reception when we left, so we had no opportunity to inquire about the key or access procedures.​ Upon our return, we found the entire building locked with no way to re-enter. There was no signage outside indicating what to do or who to call in such a situation. I reviewed all correspondence from your establishment and found no information about building lockout procedures, curfews, or access instructions. Multiple calls to your contact number went unanswered, leaving us stranded without assistance.​ As a result, we were forced to book another hotel at our own expense—an unplanned cost that we had not budgeted for.​ This experience reflects a significant lapse in guest service and safety protocols. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for our stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to everything, and staff/ owners were helpful and amazing. Breakfast each morning was exceptional.
