My adult daughter and I stayed 2 nights and found the unit in good shape, for an older structure. The kitchen & bathrooms were updated. The lights on outside the bedroom on the front side of the building, even with the shade down, were so bright it made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. It was also very difficult to control the temp in the front BR. With the thermostat set on 70f, the temp would swing from 67 then up to 80F. I think because the thermostat was directly across from the wall-mounted heat/AC unit, the temp it was reading was not the room temp, but the temp of the air being blown on it from the heater. The place was actually pretty clean, but the finishes were pretty rough and a lot of the trim & remodeling work was not done very well. Also, some of the furniture was quite new & nice, while other pieces were quite worn, and look like yard-sale finds. It was large and clean. I would suggest the manager or owner stay in each room for a night, and they will get a sense of the issues I am talking about.

Great location very close to Rocky Mountain Nat’l Park and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic room with comfortable bed and very noisy wall heater. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Decent value for the price.

Great location and everything was perfect, but the noise of the heater was so loud we nearly couldn’t sleep each night.

Close to Rocky mountain National pArk. The restaurant next door was also amazing.

I really liked the location of the property in terms of access to downtown without dealing with the busyness of being there, access to a market and the national park. It was very clean and easy to get to.

The people are really friendly and the room is cozy. Perfect little mountain getaway.

the available family suite fit our needs for the weekend perfectly... we were impressed by the size, cleanliness and the stock of dishes and other amenities of a full kitchen including microwave, stove, and refrigerator... overall a fantastic visit...

Very nice owner and manager. Immediately accommodated our needs. Very nice and clean room. Maid was friendly and helpful. Great location. Right next to entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We will stay here again next year.
