Beach Right across the street

No issues with pool or parking. The air conditioner seemed not to respond to any changes that were inputted to the thermostat in the room. With that issue, mold in the bathroom and constant running water in the tib faucet, we are seeking reimbursement or credit for another stay ina different community of our choosing. We have pictures of the described problems

Everything was perfect!

The property was very close to the beach and was reasonably close to downtown Amelia island. However, our room 124generally, was in not well maintained everything was old. But the bathroom ceiling had mold. The bath tub faucet was running non stop. Their were several repairs to the wall near the bathroom door. The breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs weren't tasty, sausages were not that hot or good. We request reimbursement in the form of a credit for a future hotel room

The hotel was right across the street from the beach and close to 2 state parks which we visited while in town. The property and room were clean and the free breakfast was pretty good.

We enjoyed staying there but the phone didn’t work, there was no plug to charge our cell phones except regular wall plug and I had to go downstairs to get help to get the tv to work

It was all that I expected. Close to beach, had a good breakfast, the rooms were clean and parking was good also. Would definitely stay there again.

In a busy area. The pool is at the back of the hotel with views of the parking lot. Not the beach vibe I had hoped for

For the money you can’t beat it. Across the street from the beach and a restaurant/bar/tiki hut. Room was older but clean.

We enjoyed a large room with views of the ocean. Just a step across the street to a dining venue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, easy check in, large room. Great!

The room was dated but clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The hot water was all you could use in the shower/bathtub. It’s like there was no in between with cold water. It was simply hot and hotter.

Staff were super nice and responsive. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked great, check-in/check-out were a breeze. Breakfast selections were awesome, and food was always promptly replenished. Great proximity to the beach, dining, and historic downtown shopping area. Even the onsite convenience store has thoughtful items to fill your snack attack, buy some beach toys, or essentials you may have forgotten to pack.

Everything was great the staff was very friendly

The hotel is an easy walk across the street to the beach and also an easy walk to restaurants. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is very good. The staff is extremely efficient and helpful! Bobbie Mann went above and beyond to help us out! The quality of service is refreshing! I highly recommend the stay, and will definitely stay there again.

Classic Florida Hotel feeling, not cookie cutter motel. Very friendly helpful staff. Thank you Jamie, for making us feel like valued customers from check-in (with upgrade) until departure.

The evening check in clerk was so helpful. She helped with ideas for restaurants, things to see. Just an all around friendly and helpful lady. She really made our stay great. The breakfast was good each morning. The location is excellent. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach if it's 4WD or AWD which was nice for spending the day on the beach.

Very convenient to beach.

Hotel was nice overall but bathtub faucet dripped nonstop, coffee pot was broken and there was clumps of razor cut hair on the shower wall. Reported it in the morning and nothing was done about it by evening when we returned. Was never informed that we had to hang a door hanger to get new towels and when we asked for new shower towels we received two floor mats. Went back to the desk to ask for real towels and they said it’s hall they had. They were going to find some and bring to the room but never showed up. Breakfast was cold, barely microwaved barely edible. Did not stay an extra night because of all the issues. Unfortunate because the location was fantastic. A little effort on behalf of staff would have gone a long way and probably would have been a much better experience. Will not stay here again.

Our stay was fairly good. We liked the property and the playground area next door for the kiddos. Walking distance from the beach/restaurants. The neighbors were a tad bit loud. Our room was okay, you can tell there was an dog beforehand, chewed furniture, pet hair aeourbd corners/floor etc. (have an allery to pet hair:( ) *comforter has blood on it. So we used some of our linens/blankets.
