Pore service, spiders in the room, bad parking, bad bedding

Room towels smelled of smoke Bathroom had scout ants roaming around Door locks were minimal-for ground floor Bed was comfortable and clean Check out: no one was at office at 9am so left key in box. Received a call questioning me how I wanted to check out.

Smell of bug spray as I entered the room during this stay.

The staff was rude and for the price they charge there were no amenities. Not even coffee in the room.

Checking in you're treated like you already did something wrong. The list of things you have to initial are worded honestly rudely. They have $500 fees if you smoke in your room or have a pet, "As assessed by the cleaning staff". No WiFi. The shower has no meaningful lip at the bottom and the shower rod is an arc that bows outside the pan, so when you take a shower either you have to face the shower head against the wall or you have a flood. Half the bulbs in the room don't work. How hard is it to tell the cleaning staff who regulates extra charges to replace bulbs? For the money, it was not completely awful. There are far, far better places to stay in Pullman.

Tough weekend to get a place in Pullman, Washington with the college opening up this was clean, convenient and staff were cordial

Staff is kind and pleasant. Rooms are updated snd clean. Its a no frills place, but a pleasant stay. Quiet location

Safe area. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. No frills room.

I was not expecting much for the price. The room was clean. Needed a no-slip bathmat for the shower and there was no body soap in the room. I used my own. Some of the lights took a long time to warm up to get sufficient illumination. There were no outlets by the bed to plug in my cpap machine.

The bed was very comfortable and the stay satisfactory. The front desk didnt seem very friendly or helpful. The room was clean, but things like the door, drawers, and the AC were obviously worn down and could use maintenance.

Modern, clean room. Great price for the value.

Didn't bother checking in. The communication was pathetic. Pretty sad when your amenities offer sheets and towels!!

Booked through Hotel.com but the property charged us separately. They reversed some of the charges, but not all. They apparently do not have a working telephone, essentially no way to get ahold of them.

Rooms need sound proofing, doors need to have dead bolt work. Bed rather hard.

The room smelled bad. The television was not working the entire time and I went to front desk to advise lady at front, I believe she’s one of the owners, that the tv was not working and she said to keep trying and that she couldn’t do anything about it until next day which is when we were leaving. No compensation, no offer to change rooms or tv, nothing. I contacted Expedia after I checked out and they straight up lied when they were contacted and said that nobody had complained about tv not working. I can’t believe they would just lie like this. No wonder all the bad reviews they have. Will not stay here again and don’t recommend.
