The stairway up to the 2nd floor had stains on the steps, my room had stained chair, worn desk chair with stuffing exposed, curtains were coming off of the brackets. Alcohol bottle tops were laying on the floor between the ottoman and chair. Noises from other guests, yelling, banging on the doors at 2:00 am, 4:00 am and unable to sleep well. The clerk that checked me in was very helpful and carried my luggage up to the 2nd floor since no elevator. The coffee at 0645 am was cold and hot heated.

Friendly staff. Cracker Barrel nearby was a plus!

Floors were stained in hallways and in room

Stayed there before and it needs to be upgraded. Even though it was clean it felt grungy. The outside was weedy and not as nice as it used to be. Won’t stay there again.

Very nice property with pool and hot tub. Rooms were big and clean. Staff was nice and allowed us to stay in pool after hours.

The hotel was in a convenient area of the Lincoln whoever the hotel was horrible. The room smelled, dirty with stains.

Good one day stay

Could have been a little cleaner. It was okay for a road trip quick overnight. Wouldn’t be anything I chose for multiple night stay.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The facility has seen it's better day, but everything worked.

This looked like a charming hotel, but never judge a book. The staff was very friendly, which was great because there is no elevator and being on a cross country drive, we had plenty to haul up stairs. Once in the room, the cabinet that housed the fridge was worn and the particle board was exposed and flaking. The office chair didn't look much better. Breakfast was ok, with the now standard fair of waffles, cereal, juice and the like. Over all, I'd say it was once a nice little inn, but it needs attention.

I was really disappointed. The room smelled really bad. Tv had no signal and the furniture was falling apart. Must of been under new management because I stayed there 2 years ago and loved it.

The customer service is great and the place is very decent for the price. The pool is nice too.

Older property but ok place to stay

Our stay was fine. Room is good but carpet needs cleaning.

The room was large with a fridge, a mini stove, top and two microwaves. But the smell of ammonia was overwhelming, and my asthma barely let me sleep here because of it. Luckily the weather was cool enough that I could open the window and that helped.

Hosts were friendly, but expected hotel to be nicer based on price and reviews. Too strong smelling of cleaners or deodorants, room could have been cleaner, and was a little run down.

Staff was excellent. Front desk carried my bags up the steps for me. Furniture and carpet in the room are worn and need replacing. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was no port to plug my phone in to charge.

The photos are not up to date. The property is outdated. Carpet was very dirty. Rooms were not very clean.

When we checked in, they gave a room that had dust on the floor and various items were not cleaned very well. We complained and they gave us another room, which we found dirty in three areas, to which and they came and cleaned those areas after being notified. There was not a chair in the room, you had to sit on the bed. We stayed for two nights

We spent extra for a room with a hot tub but within ten minutes received a noise complaint. Not much we could do as we are on the 2nd floor and jets are loud.
