ホテルは古い建物です。部屋は広く使い易いキッチンも大きな冷蔵庫もあり、別の階にランドリールームもあるので、長期滞在にも良いと思います。 良くなかった点は、引き出しの中や洗面台の下のが汚かったことと、ベットが柔らかくて、朝起きると腰が痛かったことです。 そして一番肝心なのは、予約した時よりも直前の方が料金が一万円安かったことでした。

ありがちですが、写真で見るよりは年季が入っています。バスタブ付きの部屋を選びましたが、栓が故障？しており、そのままでは湯を張れませんでした。足で踏みながら湯を入れていくと、ゴムが馴染むのか水圧がかかるためか、そのうち使えました。 キッチン付きだったことは良かったです。また朝食が付いており、卵、ベーコン、ソーセージ、ポテトなど温かいものがいただけました。 空港からは、ダレス、ロナルド・レーガンのどちらからも地下鉄1本で、駅からは徒歩5分と便利ですし、周辺はとても静かで、落ち着いた雰囲気。治安もいいです。ワシントン中心部へも地下鉄で数駅です。 特に豪華さを求めなければ、出張などには無難な選択でしょう。

We stayed in a 4-person room for 3 nights as a family of 4. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen and a round table, so we didn't eat out for dinner and instead purchased ready-made meals from a nearby supermarket to eat in our hotel room, which was very economical. The hotel rates were also relatively affordable, which was a plus. The included breakfast was also appreciated. The facilities are old. The refrigerator didn't cool properly, so milk and other items spoiled. However, since the room rate was affordable, I can't complain too much. It was a sufficient hotel for budget-friendly sightseeing in Washington, D.C.

It's an old-school property; serviceable but nothing special. Breakfast is complimentary but it's only for one hour! No free water unless you are a special member of some kind.

O hotel deixou muito a desejar, carpetes antigos e sujos,barulho do ar condicionado incomodando permanentemente, a porta travava ao ser fechada, internet lenta, pouca vontade da recepção em atender com vontade,enfim, imaginava uma estadia melhor. O café da manhã é basico, mas atende.

The suite was big enough for our family of 4. It is very roomy. It is also located across a laundry area which made it very convenient for us to wash our clothes during the stay. Breaksfast is also included. However, they can still imprpve on their breakfast selections.

Really large one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. Clean and comfortable beds. Great location to metro.

The was no front desk agent to be found when we arrived. That was a bit frustrating. Also, $20.00 per day to park in the hotel parking lot as a guest. Location and hotel itself was just fine!

Stayed here to attend warped tour in DC. Overall a good stay but the bed was so uncomfortable. I barely slept the first night. The mattress felt hard as a rock. The next two nights I slept on the pullout couch and it was much better for comfortability. It’s a bit pricey and you have to pay for parking each night. Breakfast is only 6-9 which is a little ridiculous if you want to sleep in. The TV in the living room was not working. It would stay stuck on one channel and it was hard to change it after scrolling a few channels. The toilet in the second bathroom would run out of water and wouldn’t flush unless you turned the knob at the bottom. Overall, the room served its purpose though as my friend and I weren’t there much and it was easy to access the RFK Stadium by uber. It’s a decent hotel but probably would not stay again.

Comfortable, well appointed rooms/suites, excellent breakfast in the morning and pleasant staff.

It has a feel of yesteryear - stately. Rooms are very nicely sized.

The breakfast was great! Fruit, eggs, bacon, pancakes, bread cereal, and juice.

The room was great- large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

This hotel was in the perfect spot for a DC vacation. Close to the Metro if you want to go to the city. Easy enough to walk around the area. The room was huge and allowed us to make our own meals. Friendly staff and great service to our room. I would come here again and I will tell anyone wanting to see our nations capital this is the place.

Greit hotell. Gangavstand til metro som som også gikk til flyplassen. Rolig område med noen spisesteder. Vi hadde ikke rengjøring de 4 dagene vi bodde der da det var rengjøring en gang i uken. Stort rom med kjøkkenkrok. Det var kun 1 lenestol, kunne vært 2 da det var plass til det.

Room is big and bed is comfy. View was great. I didn't get any service for the entire three nights I was there though.

Huge party in the room adjacent to ours on the second night there kept us awake most of the night. Contacted front desk who got them to quiet down but a few kept going all night! The room was very spacious and clean but only serviced every three (3) days unless you make other arrangements. The breakfast is EXCELLENT! Hot buffet options, juices, cereal, fruit, etc.

Liked size of room. However hair dryer didn't work Coffee machine didn't work. Bedside lamp didn't work. Personality of desk personnel scored
