The good:It's the second time that I go, for a couple of days there, and the personel is always making sure we have what we need. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning is working effitiently. The bad: I had a clogged bathroom sink and I was missing a hairdryer. But they took care of it.

Good morning, I would like to start by acknowledging Marie at the front desk—she was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. She was welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely empathetic. Her professionalism stood out, and she deserves to be recognized. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about most of the other staff or the overall experience. Prior to our arrival, I received a text asking how the hotel could make our stay more enjoyable and whether we were celebrating anything special. I responded that it was our wedding anniversary. Day 1 (Room 3519): • Strong sewer odor in the bathroom • Sink clogged • Several lights not working Marie helped us address these concerns the next day and also assisted with extending our stay by an additional night at a price-matched rate. September 2nd: At approximately 7:45 pm, Ivan from the front desk called to inform us that we needed to move because of a burst pipe. We had an 8:00 pm family dinner reservation, but had to quickly pack everything and move rooms. Staff brought us a cart and left, leaving me to push all of our belongings across the property to the front desk. When I arrived, Ivan explained the plumbing issue again. I asked about the rising heat in the building, and he stated that the air conditioning was also broken. When my wife politely asked if any type of credit could be issued due to the multiple inconveniences, Ivan’s response was, “You don’t have to stay here—you chose to stay here.” This was not only dismis

The room was huge but as soon as we walked in we had issues. Big puddle and water coming out from AC return. Keys stopped working in the evening. Overcharged at breakfast. Location is great and easy walk to the beach.

Safe and clean apartment

The beach is behind the hotel, and they offer chairs for free. They have restaurants and a nice Bar inside the hotel as well. Very convenient.

Our stay was really good. We stayed here before, the location is perfect. The beach is lovely. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lots of extra charges, Valet $55 at day, if you want umbrella with your beach chair $35, resort fee, and you have to leave a deposit when you check in.

On the beach , it was nice hotel however parking is a pain , pool was ok not best but it did had construction … lobby has a nice mermaid show and cocktails was nice but nothing like wow or anything

All staff is great. Property is severely misrepresented online. It’s rundown pretty bad and the rooms have black mold on the walls. Side tables, remote, phone, tv, all covered in dirt and dust and mold.

Shower had no shower curtain...water got on floor everytime we showered...requested extra towels twice..no response...food and beverages automatic 18% grautuity ...$6 for a can soda?? Food items selection was not so great

Everyone at the property that we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. The texting for any issues made everything extra easy and convenient.
