The hotel was great but no employees are on site. Phone check in. The pool area was relaxing but it is Key Largo and the pool was like a sauna. The room was clean

The entrance snuck up us but was quickly helped in. It has tons of charm and is a very beautiful property.

Avoid this property. Hotel has a tiny 4 hour window to check in (4-8 pm). We flew into Miami and our plane was delayed on both ends of the flight. I tried to contact Bahia Bay using Expedia and by phone to see if we could arrive at 10 pm, but they didn’t answer and never responded. Just took our money. We obviously had no control as our flight was scheduled to arrive at 6 pm and didn’t arrive until 8:30. Very disappointed that Bahia refused to even respond to us, we had to Book an alternate hotel. Expedia tried to help us get a refund (the room would have sat unbooked either way so they didn’t lose money), but they refused. $270 for a night I couldn’t use due to a strange and small check window and poor service.

Would have preferred a room with a better view

It was a little confusing at first because we happened to arrive when the gate was open and missed the sign with check in instructions but once we figured out there wasn’t a check in desk and we needed to call. I couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower but when I let the management know, he explained it was installed backwards and the hot was actually the cold. The grounds were lovely and the location was convenient. We walked out onto the dock to see the sunset and could see dolphins in the e water. The management was responsive by phone and text. We had a lovely stay.

Being by the water was lovely but there was no staff on the property to handle some issues.

Had an amazing 3 day stay. The property is beautiful and felt like we had the resort to ourselves. Will definitely be back!!

These are beautiful rooms. Exceptionally quiet and comfortable!! Would happily stay here again. Very safe; close to key largo shops.

For our anniversary we booked a one night stay at this property from Saturday to Sunday, we were not able to arrive Saturday and when we got there on Sunday we were denied entry. We explained to the person on the phone (you have to call a number to get in) DENIED ENTRY and ven though it was still within the term of the contract agreement. We explained that we only wanted to use The Restaurant swimming pool and beach side. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Stay away from this place.
