My wife and I are simple. Very rarely have any issues. But this stay was pretty bad overall, parking situation is a joke. No room service, broken elevators, they charge an insane amount on everything except the room itself. Like actually gouging. I end up spending almost what the room cost in the first hour on parking, coffee, snack for our toddler and some Tylenol

Room walls and floors were dirty, carpet had stains and several walls had snot/ boogers. Did not have any hot water for two days.

Like I said, I stayed for two nights and I stayed an extra night to go swimming in the spa but an employee called out so they shut the whole pool and spa down which is ridiculous

Not good I stayed an extra night to go swimming and the pool closed at between 1 PM and two and then from two until three because the employee called out so I didn’t get to go in the pool or spa so I wasn’t too happy. I went on vacation to relax and to swim and sit in the spa and I couldn’t do that.

Stood in line to check in for 2hrs. Found dark hair in my “clean” bed. Shower water was cold.

First room had a leaky ceiling in the bathroom with puddle on the floor. Was moved to a new room and told we would have the “resort fee” waived. But there it was on the bill. On the whole the property was old and dingy, service in the restaurant was slow, food was expensive and disappointing. Staff not particularly helpful. Overall a disappointing experience.

Non smoking rooms still smell like smoke.

Last time I stayed here it was great. But this time I was not satisfied. The bed was uncomfortable like springy and hard. It was so cold in the room even AFTER I turned off the AC. I called down to ask for extra blankets and no one answered. This happened for over an hour and a half. I finally had to go down and ask for extra blankets and let them know I’d been calling. I had my friend call from her phone and she couldn’t even get through to anyone. Which I think is very poor service being that they are right there in the little corner office and hide out there until someone comes to the desk. And I went during the week. It was not busy there at all. No reason why they couldn’t pick up the phone. Also, last time we went, parking was free, this time it was $20 a night. So then you have to sign up to become a rewards member to get half off the parking fees. With what you already have to pay in resort fees and all the other stuff, adding on parking fees is crazy. But whatever. The shower water wasn’t really hot. I turned it all the way over to get as hot as possible and it wouldn’t get warmer than warm. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed so the draft of cold air coming in was also not helpful. I think I’ll try my hand at another resort next time.

Lack of communication on website. Only 1 restaurant open and closed 2 hours early. Pool and spa closed at check in and closed early for the remaining stay. Sheets were crunchy and towels so thin and linty No blankets

I liked the location and that I was able to walk to nearby food options. I also liked the amenities the hotel had to offer . Always something to do :)

Only good thing about this place the elevators were always ready and open and fast. But it’s old, rooms have basic cable,patio doors don’t open , they don’t clean showers hairs are on walls , no room service , no good restaurants just one steak place ,no house keeping, barely will give u new towels, don’t speak a word of English at least the house keepers no thank you no hello, ,casino sport book belongs to a whole other company , slots you will never win ,they just need to sell this and renovate the whole place , place is dead on weekdays and weekends , that’s my first and last,

The room was large and adequately clean. It was to be expected for a South Lake casino hotel. Close to everything.

The location is far from the main shopping area, limited dining choices, needed to walk at lease 20 mins to the main downtown area for more restaurants choices.

Our room was totally dirty. The glass in our shower was not wiped clean. There was dirt and grime all over the bathroom. The seat was scraped and black from somebody doing something on it. It was disgusting. I barely sat down on our toilet. I will not be staying here again I’d like some money back and I will be writing an email to the Bally.

The hotel staff was rude at the front desk and in the restaurants. The casino is very small. The gift shop is great and the staff that does the bellhop & valet were great as well.
