This was our first time to Savannah and this property was not in the heart of Historic District, but that was okay. Other than some traffic noise, it was quiet and out of the main area. We could walk to eating places and the Forsyth Park. It was centrally located to drive any where and the place was nicely decorated and well stocked with items you might need. Alot of thought went into this place. It has a nice little courtyard in the back to take a break from all the running around we did. There is no parking on site only street parking so you need to pay attention to the signs because of street cleaning, but it was not a problem at all. We had no problem getting a spot near the place. We could walk to places to eat or drink if we did not want to drive far. We would definitely stay here again. The rental company communication was excellent and very accommodating. Savannah is a very hospitable city besides all its history and charm.

The inside of the house is organized. The carpet and rugs have a lot of animal hair which kept sticking to our clothing. We have people who are allergic to cats and dogs so this was an issue for us. There was a broken floor board in one of the rooms and a nail sticking out too. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and there was sufficient supply of towels. The location of the property is within a reasonable distance to all touristy stuff.

Overall the property is well appointed and staged nicely. I arrived after dark so i couldn't see the lock to enter the required code. There is only one trash can in the rear. I have a family of 5 so two cans would have been better. The carpet at the front door requires some strength and effort to open front door. The bedroom next to the bathroom requires squeezing the bedroom door past the end of the bed in order to close the door.
