It's all around bad. TV doesn't work, pool closed, dirty broken furniture. Terrible

The rooms were dirty, smelly,and had mold. I had to ask for a new room 3 times. The front desk clerk got mad at me because his hotels rooms were dirty and told me he couldn't change my room anymore if the new room wasn't clean.

The room we were in had lots and lots of roaches.

Staff was missing from desk for 20 min but once arrived everything went smoothly. Facility needs updating and the curtain was missing from half the window. The ac never really got cold.

I was upset when I got there it was a hundred deposit cash ONLY. No credit card. What an inconvenience. My plan was to get up and leave for work and not checkout to get my hundred dollars back. I was only staying one night because my job had a workshop in Columbia SC. I stayed here before an it was reasonable and clean. And the deposit was on a card. I told him if i known this I would not have reserved the room. But I walked away and another person with the same issue. He booked her so I waited and he book me with no deposit. My opinion, my credit card has more than one hundred dollars... why ask for cash? The lobby was hot with no ac. The lobby had fans. The room was hot and clean. The ac did work in the room. It was just cut off and hot in the beginning. The couch needed to be thrown away! It was dirty and worn out. No pool. The pool was green. Bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was decent... Dove products. It did it job for one night for me. The workshop was a 5 minute drive...

When we arrived they wanted a cash only deposit, then after giving it they refused to give me a receipt. Then when we got to the room it was disgusting. Very falsely advertised on here. DO NOT book this property. Sheets and towels were stained, everything was rusted and it was very run down. There was even a booger on the phone. I am thankful the guy at check in was nice enough to give me a full refund because I could not stay there.

Nothing good about it dóors don't lock very racist pool on concrete at pool little boy at pool with privite out have a lobby but want let u set in it no juice or hardly nothing for breakfast very bad hotel will never come back

Unacceptable conditions.

My Tv didn’t work for the first night. I asked the front desk for assistance and was told the technician lives on the property but was not there. The next day the two managers came in and they fixed the television. The pool was not cleaned for the next day, it had all kinds of bugs and plant debris everywhere in the pool. Beds had stains on them in multiple places that resembled dried blood.

The room was clean, but there were stains on the chairs, the curtains were coming off of the walls and the toilet seat was cracked. We were only staying one night and checked in during a hard rain. If the weather were better, we may have found another place.

smell bad a lot of noise, I was asking to change the towels they say you can change it if you want. Bring the old one and come at 8 PM. Will give you another one.

Toilet didn’t work properly Thank god we only stayed one night only gave us 2 sets of towels for 4 people when I ask for more I was told that they didn’t have enough

Hotel is shabby, rooms are subpar and breakfast was a joke. Only thing worth noting is the employees ( not the owner’s relatives!) were trying.

I can’t say that we’ll be staying here again. The hotel itself was off a back road near a bunch of abandoned businesses. There were a number of people wandering the property and we felt fairly unsafe in the neighborhood in general. The lobby had no air which wasn’t a great first impression of the inside. I had paid on hotels.com in advance for the room. When we went to check in, the front desk told me they needed a $100 cash deposit. I told them this was not listed on the website and that I did not have that much cash and would likely cancel our reservation because of this. The employee then said he would make an exception and would waive the cash deposit. We did not even get asked for a card deposit, he just issued us our room keys. The room itself was fairly clean and decent. The bed was fine and bathroom was clean enough. Overall, we do not plan to return next time we’re passing through.

Been there three times and then they want all of a sudden they cash deposit after the third time being there. Bed bugs in the bed sink didn't work showered didn't work lamp fell. That whole place is falling apart and no one seems to care.

Was awful mo water pressure, cut water off, left trash on hall for hours, housekeepin came twice in a week, mold where vending once was, no ice in machines, got nasty when wanted fresh towels, smelled of pot smoke
