The property outside, inside hallways, and rooms has been poorly maintained. It seems a young adult did painting of hallways and rooms as paint was applied and dripped all over floor, stair landing, room walls where paint brush markings were all over the floor and where the wall met the trim. No telephone in the room. The TV had to lines running down the middle of the TV. Even when trying to avoid the lines on the TV it only worked for about 3 minutes and then would go into a scatter screen as if the TV signal provided was sketchily wired. When crawling into the bed the middle clasped where you sleep in a hole all night long. I had to sleep with my feet at one corner and my head at the opposite corner to even begin to lay flat. The air conditioner did work good though. And, they charge me a deposit amount in addition to the room charge that was higher then the one night stay. I am hoping I get my deposit back. The breakfast they offered was very minimal where the toaster only cooked on one side of the toast. This hotel that has the flagship of Wyndham should be removed from having that flagship. That is the reason why I choose this place. It does NOT meet the normal requirements of a flagship Wyndham hotel. Shame on the owners...

At the time of check-in, there was no hot water. They was working on it or waiting for the guy to come to fix the hot water. There was an unpleasant stuffiness in the hallways. My first room had no shower curtain, no safety lock, no hot water. Second room had no hangers, no dressers or night stand drawers. I was unable to unpack and hang my clothes .

The breakfast was horrible and I went to the front desk, asking them to look at the TV in the room Around 10:30 in the morning I came back at 3 PM. They still hadn’t even checked Also, there was nowhere to store clothing

I stay only one night so please tell dem put that money for Sunday back in my bank account

The bed was clean and the ac wotked. That was about it

I liked nothing about this hotel. The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The door to the building was off the hinges, the breakfast was apple or orange juice with a waffle or pancakes in a bag. No hot water in our room. And there was no wifi like the site claims.

They may be in the process of renovating. The lobby was okay and looked better than the property. The room was better than I thought it would be. I was pleasantly surprised. I just got the vibe that it was a sketchy place.

The room was clean, but we found a hole in the wall, no safety lock in the door, looks like they remodeling the property.

They need to do better

Horrible place. Smells like marijuana, roaches in the rooms, water damage/mold on the walls. Doors did not close

We checked in a few hours late, the check in felt rushed and I had a little trouble finding my room. The hallways were smelly & needed to be vacuumed badly! The room was older looking, & they still had the roll of toilet paper from the previous guest on the toilet roll. WHICH IS DISGUSTING! Our stay was originally supposed to be 2 nights, but on night one MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED by the hotels partner tow company because my parking pass “was not visible”. I had to pay 200$ to get it out. When this issue was address to the manager Sai, he asked what would I like him to do about it? In an attitude & then did nothing to accommodate. We also spoke to another guest who said her vehicle was towed along with 7 others that night. What should have been a fun weekend turned into a nightmare and we wound up checking out early because we did not feel safe anymore. While we were leaving and packing the car, there was a man high passed out on the porch area of a lower level room. Definitely a 0/10 experience! DO NOT BOOK HERE !

Room door doesn't closed of the balcony bugs was on the ceiling and the beds are extra small....and they charge a deposit and don't tell you..then they lied they don't have a hot tub and the pools doesn't work

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Terrible. Awful, bed had a whole in it. No curtains. Dirty bathroom.

The pool and hot tub were closed and it was July 4th weekend with my kids. There were only waffles and bread for breakfast selections. Our room was not the cleanest with hair in the bathroom upon arrival. No toilet paper in the room, no TV remote, unworking outlets, and had to get another towel and wash cloth to be enough for the guests in the room. Also, there was a desk with no chair in the room.

Rooms are big just not neat, floors are not clean ,bathrooms needs updates

There was absolutely nothing I liked. The pool was closed, no dresser for my cloths, the sliding door did not work, if there was a fire we were trapped. Took $100 deposit and was told I get it back at checkout and I am still waiting on it. Went for breakfast and there was no half n half for coffee no orange juice no bagels nothing but toast or waffles with no syrup. Woke up on our day to check out and my car was towed when my parking pass was clearly in the window. It cost me $200 to get my car back. I do not and will never stay here again nor will I recommend this place.
