The property was in a great location for the reason of our trip. At the desk I was told it's a smoke free facility, no pets and no visitors. Last request was odd but the other two, great. We got to our room (no elevator available) and the moment we opened the door the smell hit you. Stale smoke and dampness, for being a smoke free hotel you would think that smell would be gone. When opening the fridge to place our drinks it wasn't cold but the freezer section was iced over with someone elses items still there. Large stains on the ceiling must be the source of the damp smell. We were exhausted and decided to stay. We will not be returning to this property.

I pre registered online to save time as asked but still took 15mins to check in. Smoke detector in room had no battery. This is a safety issue.

Location was convenient but didn’t feel very safe. Hard to understand front desk. There was a hanging wet washcloth and opened shampoo containers in the room. Feel price was a bit high ($150) - feel it should have been $85 for the condition.

Just ok

It’s ok if you have no were else to stay. Fairly clean but staff no where to be found. Huge headache checking in. Would pay extra to stay elsewhere next time

This is by far the best all around experience I’ve had staying in the area. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The entire property is well maintained and very clean. I can’t honestly think of an area that deserves a less than excellent review. They have earned my business when I’m in town even if I have a longer commute.

They have completely remodeled the hotel. The beds are comfortable and it is located within walking distance of restaurants. In my opinion it was a great deal for what they charged.

Our room had numerous electrical outlets with no covers and a broken light with wires exposed. Smell of marijuana in the main lobby and breakfast looked like the leftovers from the day before. Looked like it had been previously renovated but finishing touches were not completed.

My room was nasty the water didn't work couldn't take a shower there was privity parts hair on the toilet the window was broken and open the heat didn't work very unhappy.

Room was really clean and comfortable. Safe area near food ans stores. Blackout shade in room actually keeps sun out. Breakfast was good- eggs, biscuit/gravy, yogurt, muffins, bread, waffle maker, oatmeal packs, apples. Would stay here again.

Well I order the suite and when I got there the suite wasn’t available. I was able to get a one bed room. The Rooms weren’t ready or cleaned I was told. How do I get my money returned for the suite I didn’t get?

Everything was good

We've stayed here several times before. However, because of heater and fridge issues, we won't be back.

Rooms were not swept. Crumbs on floor and front desk was rude

Price was excellent but you get what you pay for. Not filthy or dangerous. A decent bed under a roof. Hot shower. Breakfast offered calories in the morning. Desk clerk allowed us to check in early. No service during our stay. No Kleenex, trash not emptied. I wanted an extra blanket but night clerk refused. Eventually came to our room with a nylon tarp thingy.

It had some good restaurants around

No one at the front desk at check in. Waited 10 minutes before they showed up. I called and no one answered the phone. Stains on the bed sheets
