老朽化したモーテル 部屋の匂いが凄い

Cigarette butts in toulet and around the door, dirty wash cloths hanging in bathroom. Blood stains on pillow cases and dirty brown pillows

Front desk agent was unpleasant, I’m assuming because I interrupted her tv watching. Soon as I stepped into the room, it smelt of mold and mildew. The bathroom was dirt, so was the carpet in the room , the bed was made but sheets either stained or had burn marks in them. The tv only had 4 channels unless you wanted to hook up your streaming apps, the remote control was missing its back. Then the ac unit rattles like it’s taking off into space. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to my worse enemy.

BED BUGS IN 2 ROOMS. Would not refund.

The room was not clean and there were dead bugs between the bedspread and sheet. I did not stay at this hotel.

Everything was dirty and cockroaches were everywhere.

This property has rats and roaches in the room on top of constant traffic outside of homeless people and drug addicts. I also found what I was told was a crack pipe by the police officer, I called to make a report of what I found in my room in the closet. I deserve a full refund and M unsure of using Expedia website to book another room anywhere else if this is the type of hotels they have on their website. Very disappointed.

We checked in and were given room 173. It was in horrible condition, water had been in the sink for who knows how long, it was dirty and had a horrible smell. Our room was switched and the condition was better, but this room had duct tape on the curtains, stained walls, a bad smell, a broken lock, and a broken bed frame. Horrible place to stay. Do not recommend

Not maintained well. Not like my former Baymont experiences.

Don’t like

The room reeked of smoke, there wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave, cigarette burns in the bed sheets, and in the morning when I woke up there were roaches crawling on my toothbrush.

Do not go here. We never even made it to the room. This is false advertising, it is a MOTEL and a very sketchy one. Very dangerous area! I wish I had read the reviews and looked at how many stars this place has. I would give it -100 stars!!!!

The room was very dirty and smelled horrible. Strong cigarette odor and stains everywhere. Checked out as soon as I walked in. Full refund given by understanding clerk.

Upon arriving to the Baymont my wife and I immediately noticed the unkept grounds and the dirty, unswept entry to the motel lobby. We asked to see our room. Upon entering my wife noticed that a large section of the wall paint, texturing, and drywall had sluffed off the wall exposing a large area of green and black mold. We were shocked and appalled. We turned on our heels and went back to the front desk to cancel our reservation. The managers would not listen to our complaint, saying "You made the reservation, you have to pay for the two night stay." I tried negotiating but the managers would have none of it. They charged our credit card the full amount. We located another motel in the same general area. The manager said he gets many people telling of a similar experience. So it appears as though the Baymont managers have a little scam going on here. They misrepresent the motel on Hotels.com, starting with the picture of the motel building, and grounds, rooms, pool, etc. (the pool was closed with no notice on Hotels.com). Then folks like us make a reservation... The rest is history. No maid service is required, no clean bedding or continental breakfasts are needed. The people leave and the managers charge their credit card. Done deal. Don't fall for it. Run in the other direction. We got stung. My wife and I won't be using Hotels.com any more either.

This was one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at. Absolutely filthy floors and bathroom. Reeked of mold and cigarettes. Roaches everywhere!! Broken door lock, squishy water damaged walls. It was an absolute nightmare. This place needs to be shut down. There is no way this property is up to code on anything. Oh and AC didn't work

Bathroom door would not shut

There was no lock on the bathroom door it was previously broken in to, the shower was dirty and broken, the fron door was semi broken, a lot of cigerste stains or burns on the bathtub, the sheets, the blankets. The mini fridge smelled really bad, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The tv was broken and had to replace it more than once The front office is really nice and well kept and smells clean but the rooms were not well kept.

Did not spend the night. Grandkids have asthma and all the rooms spelled pet friendly a lot. When we were trying to see first two rooms a guy was trying to sell us electronics from his room. Second rooms were up the old stairs and out very week balcony. Kids do not belong there. Other customers in line had no towels or bedding.
