Everything was excellent. Except the bed in the room where we stayed was bad. The sheets were dirty and the bed was loose made squeaky noise. Ashley at the he front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable very polite.

Was greeted by “hey”. Lady was on the phone. Landline. The. She got busy with her cellphone for a little bit. She walked over and said hey. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Definitely wrong job for her. Maybe updating your tiktok while you dont have a guest is a good idea. Never again here.

The rooms are nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpfull. But having the freeway on one side and a train track on the other with regular service made it really noisy

I made a reservation for a hotel for three nights. The Expedia listing as well as signs all over the facility indicated that the facility was non-smoking. I arrived at the hotel and checked. I went to the room and it wreaked of marijuana smoke which affected my asthma. I returned to the front desk and was assigned a new room and walked into the room. The room smelled worse of marijuana smoke and I was unable to breathe. I spent 30 minutes with the door open, AC blasting and window open attempting to air out the room, trying to make the reservation work. After that, I left to pick up dinner. Walking out to my car I saw two different individuals smoking outside of rooms. Upon returning from dinner, the smell had not dissipated. I immediately packed up all of my stuff walking to the front desk where I explained the situation. I checked out. Did not get a full refund. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else!

Freight train passing directly next to property loves blowing the loudest horn I’ve ever heard in the morning

Room looked good at first glance. The duvet cover was a little dirty. (Thank goodness I always take a blanket with me) had my 3 grandchildren for most of the day. Took them to our room for a bit and had to bath them after playing. After they were out of bath and played in the room for a bit their feet were disgustingly dirty. I can't imagine how long it had been since they cleaned the floor. Also, the beds were easily moved when shifting in them(like scooting yourself to sit against head board.

Old hotel that has been kept in fairly good condition. Nice large sauna. Pool with a hot tub. Workout room was good. The free breakfast is scrambled eggs, sausage patties, make your own waffles, coffee and a few old bagels. Really bad. Drive 1/2 mile and go to Denny's. The property is right in the middle between hwy 99 and a busy railroad tracks. They hand out ear plugs. Our room had an old jetted (6 jets) tub that worked ok. The bed was fine and it had a small fridge that worked. For an old hotel it was good and clean. Just too noisy.

I did not end up staying here. I canceled my reservation in person.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Staff wasn’t helpful nor could explain certain charges. The room was dirty the floors where not clean, the bedding and pillows smell bad and were dirty there was dirt on the bed upon arrival. Had a could smell to them as well.

This property was aweful! The door lock was broken and would not close all the way. The window screen was hanging off broken. When I opened the wooden shutters it fell apart broken and smashed my hand. The noise was unbearable and the room shook every time the train came by. It rattled the room so bad it w felt like an earthquake

I liked that the bathroom came with its own shampoo conditioner and body wash I thought it was unique after all the hotels I visited it was my first time seeing that there.

The reality is not like the pictures posted. The decor was straight out of 1970. I did not see any mushrooms under the bed so that's good. The outside door had it's tell tale dents from being kicked on and the draft blowing through the closed door was noticeable. The view of the railroad and industrial park across the street was interesting. However, the overall impression was straight out of a Hitchcock movie set. No thanks.

Pretty solid hotel for the rate. Clean and safe

Nice rooms, great staff and comfy bed but super close to the freeway so you can hear traffic and the Jacuzzi tub isn't that great

It was out of the busy area of town but the only bad part is the train it blarred it's horn at all hours of the night like 1230 and 4. The side I was on was not very noisy. I had quiet neighbors. The staff was nice and attentive. Even at night staff was available. I would be happy to stay again and recommend to others in the future.
