I like the facility

Nice place

The place was very dirty and dingy. Our room smelled musty. Everything in the room was rusty and mildewed. We were charged an INSANE amount for the room- they obviously jacked up the price to take advantage of people in town for the music festival. I would never recommend this place.

We arrived around 10:00 pm and checked in. The sign on the door said non smoking, opened the door and it smelled like someone had just had a cigarette in the room.I have asthma and this was not going to work. We went back to the front desk and were given a different room. Walked into the new room and got a phone call from the front desk saying we couldn't stay in that room because he had already given it to someone else and we had to leave. He had no other rooms available so we had to find somewhere else to go. The entire hotel is aging and needs to be updated. Now we are waitng to be refunded.

Clean,and seems like a safe area. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Great stay for a quick overnight trip. We accidentally left something in our room after check out. The front desk staff (manager, maybe?) went up to our room and MAILED it to us!! Did we have to pay for shipping? Absolutely (gladly!). I am so happy with our stay and the extra service!

Decent room, bed was a marginal and breakfast was okay.

Overall pretty decent. Bathroom very small. Staff very friendly. Room clean.

My room was very musty smelling. When you opened the door the room smell was over powering. My daughter was in the room next door hers also smelled but not as bad. Plus she had ants. I asked the front desk for a refund and was told only management could do that. I have not heard anything from them. Very sad.

They overcharged my credit card. We called them and they claimed the charges would fall off my account. They never did after waiting almost a week an half. They need to be more disciplined with their use of credit card authorization. Would not recommend.

Small rooms, small beds.

Vending machines are completely empty and not even plugged in. If the remote for the TV worked the TV it was above my college education. Dark and dismal overall. Picking up son for summer from UWW. Chose hotel over communal bathroom. Should have done the dorm.

Rooms were awful. We had to move to a different room because of a horrible smell. Noise level was insane! Was woken up several times during the night from banging and other noises. And breakfast was a joke!

There was a plastic cup from the people before us under the rocking chair. The door in between our room and our neighbor's allowed us to hear everything they said and what was playing on their TV and knowing that, we didn't feel a sense of privacy since they could hear the same. The worst part of this stay was when we got back to the hotel at night and saw police knocking on someone's window and saw police officers knocking on that same room's door 4 doors down from us. The door was then sawed into around 1am and we could not fall asleep because of the noise and worrying about what was going on a few doors down. After that awful night we do not plan on coming back here again.
