Beautiful but carpet was not swept when we arrived. Sunflower seeds found. Overall a nice place! Great pools and bar! Didn’t have a fridge!!

Fun time on Lake Erie! Wish it had coffee and fridge in room tho…

It was good. Just what we needed. Nothing fancy. Just a comfortable stay. I would recommend.

Griendly staff

Greatly exceeded my expectations. Not fancy but has everything you need to really feel like you are at a resort even though you are only on Lake Erie. Beds are so soft. Balcony overlooking Lake Erie is a nice touch Nice little coffee shop. Great tiki bar with amazing bartenders. Rent golf cars right on premises. So close to downtown you could easily walk it unless you want to explore. Then get a cart. Great family weekend getaway with older teenagers. We all had a blast.

No amenities in the room, shower floor slippery, did not have housekeeping in the room during stay, ran out of coffee in lobby. No microwave, fridge or coffee in the room.

Property was close to downtown put in bay, and was within walking distance of jet express and downtown. No microwave or refrigerator in the room which was a little disappointing and what I like to see daily trash and towel service.

Property was in a convenient location and the room had a fabulous view. Would have given 5 stars of the first floor room had a sliding glass door that was able to lock! Mu husband had to move a table over to block the door from sliding open. Ugh. Only figured this out after we were out all day! Luckily nothing was stolen but unnerving!

The location was great and the pool/hot tub area was perfect next to a tiki bar. There was a little coffee shop and and rooms were clean and all had large balconies. Staff was helpful. Will return!

We overall enjoyed our stay, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave or mini fridge in the room. Also, one of our neighbors must have been smoking marijuana the entire time, because our hallway was overwhelmingly smelling of it. Our shower-head was facing the corner of the shower and upwards, making it complicated to shower. We would stay here again, despite these things.

A few inconveniences were that there was no fridge or microwave in our room. Room service is not offered; the room phone did not work so we had to go to the front desk anytime we needed anything. The soda machines were empty. I love that the property was right on the water and there were great views as well as a bar and 2 pools and a jacuzzi within mins from our room. The property was very close to downtown, so we didn't have to spend money on renting a cart. I think all in all, we would visit again, but in hopes some upgrades have been made.
