The apartment is a good location but not good for staying old Cabinets old vanities, shower, dirty and a small toilet like a kids toilet the TV not working plus they been saying if you check out you have to clean your dish and also you have to take your trash very hard to find the parking if you come late at night do they need to do remodeling? I already told them.

The wifi never worked for me.

Needs a refresh, equipment is limited, 2 out of 3 TVs did not work, noisy, on pics when I rented there was a pool, but there was none om site, and the pictures were changed after I rented. Problems with locks. One couch had springs sticking out, towel bar fell off the wall, lights did not shut off...but staff on phone was helpful and always answered.

Room is extremely dirty unsanitary my children got sick, staying there I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody, especially with children terrible service. I will never stay at any of their properties again.

Loved the apartment

The worst place I’ve ever booked. The location didn’t look safe. The kitchen area smelled damp or molded. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. The tub needs refinishing. The bed looked unclean. I left 20 minutes after arriving. They have some major updating to do.

Average property. Dated unit. Pros: comfortable beds, fridge, stove, microwave, location, and parking. Cons: dated unit, old bathroom, no mop in the unit (just a broom), overall ok or average. No staff onsite, just phone support. Laundry onsite uses credit cards and will charge you $8 eve if the cucles are $1.75 each but that means we ended up paying $8 for a wash and a dry... rest is credit that will never be used. Better go with cash as the manager said it is...

I absolutely loved this stay! It was very nice! I had nothing to complain about! I will be staying here in the future!

Not a bad place to stay. Great location about 10 minutes from the beach with lots of shopping and dining nearby. A few minor inconveniences here and there, but nothing to ruin the stay. I would recommend this place for a quick and easy stay.

when we arrived there were no towels had to go buy i am 92 years old so it was a big inconvenience

We liked the location. We had our bikes and a short ride to all the beaches. Reservations staff was super nice and responsive. The property was clean but it is older and showing some wear and tear. We had a ground floor unit and it would've been better if the units above were carpeted, or had felt pads on all the chair legs because they make a lot of noise when moving around up above us. All in all a decent value and we used the kitchen for a lot of meals which saved money. I would come here again.

Do not enter this place , drug seller hookers etc in same building oh almost forgot, our room door some how broked some how handy man just attached there 1/4 cheap wood and painted. Any skinny guy can brake this door . I was wait all night till next day .

The unit given was nothing lik pics, very dated, old, musty scent, that of a typical 50-60 yr old facility, obviously no amenities, no soap, shampoo as most properties would have so had to run out and buy ( they dropped off on third day) property was very noisy in surroundings. Couches, bed very basic, bathroom was very tiny and needed major work. I would unfortunately not recommend as a few hotels on AIA are better (without full kitchen) but plenty of amenities, 24 hr staff/sec housekeeping, maid, etc. For near same cost. System does not allow to add pics as I have taken and I can assure you not nice, even socket in bathroom damaged and most likely unsafe.

"DIRTY & DANGEROUS" - Bayview Apartments Fort Lauderdale by LOKL at $150C a night you can do better My stay was worst in years of travel - all over the world! 1) Broken coffee pot -had to get it replaced 2) Oven door catches on cupboard - opens 1/3 way - potential BURN HAZARD... 3) Cheap glass cups for coffee/tea BURN hazards - tiny little nobs instead of handles- hot liquid inevitably spills & burns you (gave me proper grey mugs after complaints) 4) Door Lock broken - got locked out 3x - faulty, broken door... 5) Filthy Mattress & mattress cover. Asked for help - none came - bought my own mattress coverto avoid sickness/disease /viral infections 6) Dirty floors - go bare foot - foot bottoms go BLACK 7) UNSAFE Bathtub/shower - NO non-slip matt -almost fell in the tub taking a shower DANGER - 8) PRIVACY NONE - CHEAP blinds - 2 Choices 1) have everyone looking in at you 2) have dark, gloomy room. NOT like pictures Expedia LIES! Safety 9) DANGER! Pictures improperly put up on wall above bed-FELL DOWN- Just missed my head! 10) WASHER DRYER not accessible to Canadians - Julio spent 2x half hours with me to get it working 11) CARPET curled up corner where you walk -TRIP HAZARD (tripped 6x) 12) Cupboards cannot open without hitting appliances; installed improperly - bounce back on you; Dangerous 13) Stove elements go ON & OFF not maintaining heat - cooking difficult 14) Cheap, crappy utensils & ONE terrible, dangerous knife... Time Wasted w issues - 3 days of my vacation!

Parking in front of the apartment

Terrible humidity smell. Using the word HOTEL, is misleading. This is a private studio for rent. OK for a short stay, not for a 10 days like mine!! If you are used to CERO luxury is ok to stay.

Everything was great and clean.
