スタッフの対応がよかったです。 すぐ隣にカジノバーがあって、歩いて夕食に行きましたが、食事をする場所ではあませんでした。 バーガーとビールを食べましたが、高かったです！

Good location for shopping. Left over food of the previous guest was remained in the fridge. Towels were not provided enough. They did not change seats and towels, did not clean the room.

Went up to the room, found several long strands of dark hair on the mattress, and the room reeked of cigarettes smoke. (supposedly a non-smoking room.) I checked out immediately and I am asking for a refund.

Friendly staff, early checkin, bed was uncomfortable, good water pressure, nice and warm breakfast. Area was convenient for shopping in the area.

I always stay here. The location is perfect. It is right next door to a restaurant. The price is one of the best.

The beds are terriable

The rug was not clean. The table was on the verge of collapse. Breakfast was OK.

By far the worst stay in all my bookings. After our first room has mold and was filthy I attempted to cancel and get my money back, but the owner wouldn’t allow it. Moved rooms that had more mold, ripped tile, peeling base boards, filthy chairs, spots on the bedding, shower had a chunk of hair at the top of the shower, bugs flew out of the sink when turning on the water and a chunk of the wall was ripped under the sink. I attempted to cancel my second night and was told I am not allowed a refund because the owner said no. I would never recommend this place and honestly, hotels.com should remove it from supporting them.

I think this hotel is trying to be better. The first room they sent us to at 1 in the morning upon our check in was dirty. It’s the kind of hotel you dont take your shoes off. The next morning go to get in the shower and there were 0 towels. It got us through the night but not somewhere I would generally stay

The hotel is very centrally located in North Bellingham right off i-5. It's close to all the box stores and shopping. And it's only a 10 minute drive to the best downtown and waterfront Bellingham has to offer and also about 10 minutes from fairhaven. The breakfast which was nice to have available was very sparse however the coffee was delicious. The room was comfortable and fine although there was no service to change the sheets or towels. Overall we had a nice day it was quiet and safe with a great location. I just wish the breakfast could have been a little bit better.

Wash room was not cleaned.

There was construction going on outside my window until 5:50 in the morning. If I had known there was going to be construction, I would not have booked this hotel. The funny thing to was when I went for the iron someone had cut the plug-in off the cord. But Mario brought me up another one. I need to call them actually because they charged me the hundred dollars for the incidentals which I left the room and the exact shape I found it.

Quite a nice stay at Bellis Inn. As far as we could see, the cleanliness was good. The room, overall, was good, especially at this price point. The was some upkeep for the management to catch up on, especially baseboard moulding in bathroom. It was quiet despite being next to a busy street. We will return.

Budget friendly but Very outdated. staff were friendly and room was clean and everything was working. Just the room and hallway carpets are old and smell old buildings. Breakfast was ok and the staff refilled quickly.

Close to mall

Staff was courteous and polite. Handled everything efficiently. Room was better than average. Shower worked great. Door to room needed repair. Barely closed to allow security lock to engage as intended. Breakfast had to be the worst in any hotel I have ever stayed at. Some sausages and eggs, bread options poor, cereal was okay (can’t mess that up) didn’t choose waffles. America usually takes pride in breakfast offerings. I would recommend discontinuing breakfast unless you can do it right. Property in general could use some love and attention.

Very economical and very clean for the price. Front desk is helpful and a great budget place to stay in a convenient location.

Bellis was efficiently what I needed for a one night say on my way to other destinations. Close to the freeway.

The place was the average no frills stay. A room with the basic amenities. The breakfast was very disappointing...cold sausages and limited coffee. The place was understaffed and the check in clerk also had to take care of breakfast which meant he was all over the place.
