AC didn’t work. The night staff was unable to help but said he would speak to the manager about compensation. Morning staff said they were busy but would call me later in the day. No response after several days

Needed a place to stay between flights and this hotel did the trick. Clean, quiet and safe. It was a little pricey for the location but I booked last minute and was able to rest and be on my way the next day.
