Bodybwash container is empty. A bit noisy with kids running around

I stayed there three nights and no one came to clean the room or put new towels. I complained about the shower gel being empty and they said they are out of it. I never heard anything like that from a hotel that charged 120 per night.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and easily accessible.

Clean, refurbished and better than expected.

This was a great hotel for a quick stay & the price was not too bad. It's a nice smaller hotel and we didn't even need an elevator for our room, so that was very convenient. It also meant that there wasn't too much people or noise. Plenty of free parking too and the ice machine was right by us! The area was okay. There's a motel right across from where we were parked & there's some questionable people roaming around, but we had no issues when we stayed for the night. We also noticed police monitoring the area throughout the day. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing lol. Place was clean and our room looked nice and updated. My only small complaint would be that the bathroom is a bit cramped & there's not much counter space. First world problems. Other than that, I would stay here again!

The property was clean and updated in the room. The Motel 6 next door had people coming across the parking lot trying to get into vehicles at the Best Western. The hallways were very beat up and not in good condition.

I strongly recommend this hotel because the staff are diligent, friendly, and always willing to help with everything.

The hotel itself and the room were fine. The serious issue we had was the swimming pool. When we tried to use the pool, the steps and the bottom surface of the pool were so slick that I fell just stepping on the top step. I grabbed the hand rail, which was not secure and swung away from me. I landed on another step and finally tried to stand on the pool floor and it was also very slick. I still have a giant black and blue spot from hitting. I told two different from desk staff about the accident and issue. The first just shrugged it off and said he would let the GM know, showing no real concern at all. The second person showed a bit more concern, but I doubt anything was going to be done. It was very concerning they showed such a lack of concern that a guest could have been seriously injured.
