Fitness CenterがAM7時からPM8時までしかできないのは不便です。24時間利用利用可能だと便利です。

価格相応の施設とサービスだった。 ルームカードの磁気が弱いのか、滞在期間中なんども働かなくなりホテル受付に何度も行かなくてはならなかったのが面倒であった。

毎日のように、カードキーが使用不可になり、その都度フロントで再設定することになったのがとても不便、また上の階の足音や声も響いてくる。

Very convenient for car travellers to New York! Property is more like a motel! Room was very comfortable!

Key access to room kept malfunctioning and had to keep going to front for new cards.

It has a great location, particularly if you are trying to be close to NY. However, the fact that you are required to walk from the lobby to the building where the room you've been assigned is very inconvenient, I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, thank God it was a single flight of stairs, and where is there no elevator in any of the buildings to make it easier? The AC didn't cool, the eifi did not work all the way in building D!

I usually enjoy staying at Best Western, and after an amazing experience in Florida, I chose this hotel again expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. • The staff was not friendly or welcoming compared to Florida. • The room had a strange smell. • The breakfast was very poor. The worst part was breakfast on Monday. I thought it ended at 10am, but it actually ended at 9am. I arrived at 9am with my girlfriend and her family, and while we were getting food, the kitchen staff started grabbing everything in a rude and disrespectful way. She even carried bread and bagels in her arms (very unsanitary) and dropped food on the floor while rushing. Her attitude was very unpleasant. I asked the front desk and they told me breakfast ended at 9am, but there was no clear sign about the hours, and no one let us know. What bothered me most was that on Sunday they allowed people to eat after hours, but on Monday they treated us badly and removed everything instantly. Overall, this stay was nothing like my great experience in Florida. I left feeling disappointed, insulted, and unhappy with the service.

First rate customer service and the room was IMMACULATE. Will definitely visit again.
