かなり遅く着いたこともありますが、平日でも部屋はほぼ満室状態でした。きちんと予約して(できれば事前払い）しておいたほうが良いと思います。部屋は広く綺麗です。

If you need to stop in the middle of NV, Tonopah is the town, and if you need to stop in Tonopah the Best Western is the place to stay

Very clean and good staff. It could use more toiletries. The ones in the room are only enough for one person. Definitely would stay there again.

Best hotel in town that serves a free breakfast. We were able to walk to town and the Tonopah Brewing Co restaurant across the street is top notch!

For a small town facility, very nice indeed. My only ding is I think someone had smoked in the room; I could still smell it. On the super positive side, the front desk lady was awesome. Even better was the lady in charge of the breakfast room ... super polite and the eating area was spotless. The food was also very good, and a very good selection. A couple of things to report: the refrigerator in our room was making noise as if the condenser is defective. Also the TV would lose picture when switching between stations quickly; power OFF and back ON restored the picture. So all in all, a very good experience at this facility minus the few things mentioned.

The staff I interacted with were pleasant and friendly. Was asked by more than one person if I was happy with my room. I was. Breakfast provided was very good as well

Staff was awful - booked and paid through Expedia, staff member at check-in (Jackson) told me Expedia screwed up and when I showed my Expedia receipt and confirmation of payment, he told me “I don’t work for Expedia.” Took 20 minutes without any information to me and at the end, made me pay the hotel directly and told me I’d need to figure it out with Expedia. It was 11:30pm and snowing outside so I had no choice but to pay the hotel directly after already paying Expedia. If I were Expedia, I would not work with this hotel.

We stay here every time we go to Reno which is 4/5 times a year. It’s clean and the beds are comfy and just an all around great place. The brewery across the street has great food as well.

#1 Best Western I’ve been to hands down, the property was clean, quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel, the options were great and they had all the extras. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
