The room is a little dark and I worried about the sounds at night.

空港から近くて便利！

日本から、初日と最終日に利用しました。 英語が得意では無いですが、受付スタッフの方は親身に耳を傾けてくれました。 そして、子供達にもとても優しかったです。

受付の方がとてもフレンドリーで良かった。 英語が得意でない子供達にも親切に付き合ってくれた。 空港までの送迎も無料で、便利でした。

It was a pretty nice property. Quieter then i thought it would be. Easy parking, close to the airport, and main strip. Room was clean, and decent size. Only con to me was bed harder then i like, but not big deal. Would recommend to anyone.

I checked in late but the clerk wasn’t very helpful. I was panicking because something was wrong with my phone and it wouldn’t charge. It was literally dead. I explained to her that my friends were supposed to pick me up the next morning but I couldn’t let them know I was there and what room I was in or make a plan and I was concerned if they couldn’t reach me that they might think I didn’t come. We were supposed to be driving to St George and they were my ride. I asked her if someone had left an iPhone charger behind by chance. Maybe it was my charger. She told me to go buy a magnetic charger from a little kiosk. I went to go look, but it was a QR code and she already knew my phone was dead. I went back and told her my phone is literally dead so a QR code isn’t going to help me any. She didn’t seem to care. My room also didn’t have a usb port. What hotel in 2025 doesn’t have a USB port in the room? I went back out and explained my dilemma. She seemed very bothered that I was asking for her help and tried to tell me the lamps had USB ports, but they didn’t. I asked her to come show me. She fiddled around and took her sweet time and finally came into my room and sure enough, I had no USB ports. The only helpful thing she did was tell me to plug my phone into the back of the tv. Thankfully I got a small charge and was able to message my friends. It still only charged my phone about halfway.

The lobby smelled of Amonia. Not very appealing

Hotel was perfect for our overnight in Las Vegas. Easy access to downtown and minutes from the airport.

Our room was very clean. The downstairs lobby smelled of bleach or cleaning fluid which made it hard to spend any time there. But staff was ver friendly & helpful. Close to downtown & airport, so would stay there again.

They have only one elevator and it got broken frequently. The night duty receptionist wasn’t nice at all. I called for the shuttle before 11pm and they said they are sending a driver to pick up, but the driver never called me, and I had to wait 30mins and saw no one. Finally they said, the driver clocked out and it wasted my time. The Breakfast is good, however the rooms are pretty dark and small, also the restroom is slippery. Won’t stay next time

The staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. We were off the main road to the airport, and it was noisy. Not a lot of easy options for food. My wife was a little uneasy of the area. But price was great. And it served its purpose: a bed at night while having a good time on the Strip, with all ubers being a short trip to the airport or the Strip

The hotel is run down, the rooms smell, the elevator wasn’t working half the time including check in and out.

Bathroom was strange. The bathroom was a shower with sink and toilet

We were very pleased

Stay was perfect. Breakfast was good and clean. Lady at the desk was super helpful and thanks for the 3rd floor room-quiet with nobody above us!
