Our family is from Wisconsin and stay here every time we visit. The staff are very respectful, helpful and professional. Parking is very convenient, the rooms are clean and have everything one needs. Last but not least, the complimentary breakfast is great! Highly recommend 👍

Great stay - clean, comfortable, and a solid breakfast
We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western of Alexandria Inn & Suites & Conference Center.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options.
One small issue-the breakfast area felt a little rushed. When we walked in (still during breakfast hours), the chairs were already on the tables and a staff member was cleaning, which made it feel like they were wrapping up early.
Still, it didn't take away from the overall experience. Once the renovations are complete, we’d definitely stay here again.

The room was large and clean. I liked the fact that the room did NOT have carpet. The free breakfast had MANY choices.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options.

Do not be deceived!! The pictures they have on their website are very deceiving!!
This hotel was dirty, very old, and had to switch rooms because of dirty bedding!

The lobby of this hotel is nice but the rooms are not clean. Our bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned at all and had the previous guests hair everywhere. Gross.
I will say Tyler, the night security guard was extremely nice and very helpful in assisting us finding our room. Also beware no elevators to second floor access and with lots of luggage was very difficult.

We drove nonstop for over 13 hours. It was great to have a hassle free check in, the room I booked(it was clean and smoke free), and easy to find in a quiet area. I also loved that while the website said the pool was closed: it was open: a great way to stretch out the kinks of travel.

Im paralized in one side and in a wheelchair they went above and beyond there job to accomadate me wonderfull staff perfect buffett breakfast severall choices...this is my one and only choice for when in lousiana
