A beautiful hotel, with all the comforts.
We had a quiet nights sleep. The free breakfast had something for everyone.The hotel is a little bit on the edge if town, but you can walk to shops and restaurants. It really deserves my 5 star rating.

I really expected to stay from the modern hotel’s picture on Hotels.com.
But, only reception building is modern & new. The guest rooms building is dated. It’s clean enough and comfortable, but I feel disappointed.
Jacuzzi & heated pool are good. The air conditioner is really loud during the night, so we switched it off.

Room lovely and beds comfortable. Pillows not very comfortable though. Pool was nice but with the extremely loud roadworks going on right outside we decided to cut our break short as not really that much to do in Calistoga and couldn’t just relax in the hotel due to the noise. Staff didn’t seem too concerned about this as young man’s response to me checking out early was ‘cool’! I know the hotel can’t regulate the roadworks but some sort of compensation would have been appreciated. You live and learn, but without the noise the hotel has many positives.

My room was very clean, quiet and spacious. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that it was so easy to walk around town, that there was very easy parking and that the bed was comfy. Breakfast was good too! I will definitely stay here again.
