サービスは良好。 部屋はバストイレが古くて清潔感に欠けます。 エアコンはアメリカの安い宿にありがちな音がうるさいタイプです。寝るときに耳栓があるといいかも。

Hotel refused to modify booking in any way because we booked from hotels.com. When all I was simply trying to do was add an extra day We had to wait until the entire next day and check out completely and check back in which put a strain on our plans because we weren't having to go back into the office the next day. Hotel would also not give us extra towels without waiting for room service to clean next day . The towels in the room were raggedy and short . Overall condition of the room was very subpar compared to previous stays at Best Western. Lady at Front Desk said they did not have water for guests despite having water bottles in room at every BW except for this one. Lady at front desk made us feel second class because we booked via Hotels.com and literally said thats why we were being treated in such a way. Every question we asked was met with a rude loud response even when simply asking for an additional key or where is the breakfast bar etc.

Our stay at the hotel was very good. The reason we were in town was to clean out my husband’s uncle’s house who had passed away.

Stay was good. Air conditioning was excellent since outside temp was 114 in the daytime.

Very laid back

The front desk clerk was very nice, personable and made for a pleasant check-in. The breakfast was nice, simple, clean, several options, and a friendly breakfast staff. The pool was perfect. Its a good size and had a hot tub. This hotel is great for the traveler. We were there to visits our kids and grand baby for the night. We appreciate parking in fron of our room, with exterior entrances. It fit the bill. Literally our only complaint, if you can even call it that, is the bathroom (toilet/shower as sink is outside of it) is very small, talking the bathroom door when it closes is like 1 inch from the toilet seat, so you have to go in and kinda tuck yourself over by the shower to shut the bathroom door, to use the toilet. But that being said, we will most definetely keep this property as a hotel for us when we see our kids. Really decent location, right off main road, by a Dennys, McDonalds and a shopping mall.

First time I’ve had daily cleaning at a hotel a long time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very ordinary.

Nice enough, with a basic hot breakfast. Seems a little worn around the edges.

Quiet and convenient location

Love this place! It’s always my choice when we visit our kids in Mesa Good people and great service !

Nice hotel in a better than average location.

My husband and I have stayed here four or five times over the past two or three years. Employees are very pleasant and helpful. Any issues (stuck door, key card) have been dealt with speedily and politely.

The staff was very nice..

This was a very nice hotel. A bit dated, and my bed was very hard, but it was clean and central. They also have a delicious breakfast every morning.

Ok place to crash

Middle of a shopping area, good for some but not for me. Front desk attendant never smiled.

Awesome place

Our safety felt a bit compromised on the property and in surrounding areas. The room was nicer than expected (looked like it was recently updated).

The beds were hard, the pool was nice.
