Actually this is my second time to stay this hotel. Good vibes, yeah,you know it's Beverly Hills.

交通が少し不便だが、その他は言うことなし

こじんまりしたホテルで、スタッフの方も みなさんフレンドリーで良かった。

ハリウッドとロデオドライブに近く観光に便利。ただし、公共交通機関が少ないため、車があった方が良いかも、周辺は住宅街でとても静かだった。

朝食のヨーグルトがおいしかった。エレベーターが無くお部屋は狭いです。

受付やバーの男性スタッフの対応が最悪だった。 バーにいる男性スタッフにフォークをもらいにいったら、今忙しいから受付に言ってくれと言われた。 またシャワーの出が悪いし、ヘッドが動かないので使いにくかった。

Location is good , just between Hollywood and Rodeo Drive. The staff are friendly And kind. The room is noisy a little but clean.

Okay for location. Mostly self-serve

The mandatory valet wrecked my car and nobody, I mean nobody said anything to us. We came out and found our car had been damaged and NOBODY, I mean NOBODY helped us. Not the valet service, not the hotel staff, not the hotel manager! NOBODY! We ended up leaving a night early because of our experience. This had to be an absolute LOW experience for us. Do not stay here if service matters to you. You will not get any... even if they wreck your car!

Check in was easy and guy at the desk was helpful.

La verdad desde el principio mucho requisitos para la reserva y cancele y no hacían devolución y me toco reacerla para no perder el dinero y no me dieron la misma habitación que pague al principio y la verdad el hotel cuando llegue no se veía lleno y al llegar tuve que volver a llenar un formulario que ya me habían hecho llenar cuando reserve asi que no fue una buena experiencia con esta cadena de hotel 😒😡

I prepaid and got the code walked in and talked to the front desk person no mention of anything.

Sonder bombarded me with emails to check in online. Did not like that. Prefer to provide my ID in person. The room needs two decent reading lights. And a light in the area meant to hold the open suitcase. Otherwise the room and the property were very nice. One front desk person was wonderful; the other was not engaged. Service staff were hardworking and friendly and welcoming

I booked for 9 nights, paid in advance, which i regret. Very poor old rooms with unpleasant smell, and very small, no every day cleaning. Some of them overlooking the patio, without proper window, no privacy. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of one, because one of the receptionist changes my room. Additionally, I had flight rescheduled and was trying to extend for few nights, receptionist insured me room is extended at the same price, however just before original checkout they told me they have no capability to extend rooms, they can only make new reservation and quoted me almost double what i paid. I complained to management, but was ignored. Receptionist who insured me earlier denied it and management told they believe him and not me. I chose to move out rather pay double for such poor accommodation, even at cost of aggravation. Happy with my decision. At list few days spent in nice hotel at the similar price. My advice, ovoid this property if you don’t want to spoil your entire stay.

This is a funky vintage vibe, really clean - but the rooms are small for four people (parents and 2 kids). Loved the rooftop lounge and beds were comfy. Parking is valet only so expect that expense.

A clean and quiet hotel on a very safe street in Beverly Hills! The room was clean upon arrival, although there was no complimentary housekeeping so it got a bit dirty during our stay. They had cabinets with extra towels, soap, toilet paper etc. which was nice since there was no housekeeping. Serverar grocery stores were nearby and the bus stop going to Santa Monica or Hollywood was right across the street. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Super cute for a one night stay. Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Sucks there aren’t any elevators so taking luggage up the stairs was a bit of a hassle but overall enjoyed my stay
