LA PROPIEDAD NO ES UN HOTEL, SINO MÁS BIEN UN HOSTAL. CIERTO ES QUÉ EL PRECIO ES MUY REDUCIDO PERO TUVIMOS QUÉ COGER OTRO HOTEL DADOS LOS CONSTANTES COMENTARIOS DE LA GENTE EN LOS QUÉ SE INCLUIAN DE MANERA REPETITIVA LA PALABRA “INSEGURIDAD” POR LA DIFERENCIA DE PRECIO RESPECTO A OTROS HOTELES (QUÉ ES RIDICULA) NO ME HOSPEDARIA EN ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO NI AUNQUE ME PAGASEN

Travelers BEWARE ! The photos and descriptions listed are far from what experienced upon arriving at this “lodge”. Upon arriving I find out that this is a “hostel”, where homeless people stay and other types of “1 nighters” stay. My booking was for the 2 queen and 2 futon room as I was traveling with my husband and kids. At the front desk I asked to be sure that was the room and was taken to see the room first. Edwin showed me a room with 6 bunk beds and 2 queen beds, no fridge/microwave. I told him no that’s not what I reserved and that would not work for me. He showed me another room (the one I reserved) and I told him yes. Then back in the office he acted as if he was doing me a favor. We finished the process and he gave me room keys to a different room that he said was “same as the one I showed you” lord have mercy was it not. To start off, I walked into a room with 2 queens and ONE futon, the place was hot as ever with a small window unit AC(had to go hut a fan from cvs at 11pm), absolutely disgustingly dirty with stains and splatters of who knows what, all over the walls, doors, blinds & everywhere in the bathroom. The floors were weak and dirty, huge holes in the walls as if someone kicked it. Hairs and dirt all over the bathroom and stuck to the walls. Beds were barely standing. The TVs turn on but do not work, also there’s no remotes in the room. WiFi .. you can connect but doesnt work at all. Would not recommend or stay. Wish the review let me upload photos or video

Local simples mas bem acessivel, mas parece ser usado por pessoas idosas que fumam muito e parecem ser dependentes em tratamento, tanto a 01: am quando cheguei, quanto as 07:00 am quando sai na entrada tinham idosos e idosas fumando meio que desocupados

No remote to the TV, microwave did not work in the room. The room could use a few updates.

The website offered airport and port transfers on their website. Both not available. Our room was on the second floor and no elevator or help. We were traveywith 4 heavy bags.

Average hostel

Chegamos na recepção e detestamos tudo. Não tem estacionamento como dito, não tinha onde colocar o carro, não encontraram nossa reserva. O lugar é definitivamente um hostel. Tinham várias pessoas estranhas na frente do lugar. Não ficamos hospedados e tivemos que pagar outro lugar pra dormir.

The place is fairly keep. No hot water at night. Too noisy. People walking around at all times. The breakfast is a joke. Some cereal and coffee.

I have mobility challenges. I reserved and paid for this stay a year ago. I had requested handicapped room. When i arrived i was told that there is no elevator. If i wanted a first floor room, i would have to share with strangers. I did not stay. I got a holiday inn a few miles away. You should be sure people are aware that there are 2 flights of stairs. I expect a refund.

Staff are nice and have good customer service attitude but the facility needs a lot of upgrade. There are no elevators. The hostel does not have free airport transport services as stated on hotels.com

La gente es muy amable y está siempre a la disposición para ayudarte y brindarte los mejores servicios. Realmente superó nuestras expectativas. Mas que recomendado el lugar.

There was nowhere to park, the mattresses squeak too much, we saw men's underwear hanging on an air conditioning vent.

Terrible place to stay. We used sheets but their was no blankets. Blinds were broken and people were loud all night long. Police are always there sitting in their car (made me feel a little safer). Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

Environnement inquiétant, pas du tout de place de parking alors qu'il est indiqué que les places sont limitées mais existantes. Personnel, accueil moyen. Très décevant.

To begin with the pictures in the site does not match the hotel room for the amount of money paid you’d expect more my experience was truly bad. We called to get the breakfast menu and man hung up. Once we got there we got the incorrect key and walked to someone else’s room while people were sleeping. When we got into the room it looked nothing like the pictures. It only had one room and the living room had 2 bunk beds which were very unstable and the couches were not couch beds. The beds and couches had a stench and it was very dirty, uncomfortable, and unsanitary.

Horrível, sem estacionamento(na reserva falava que tinha), sem café da manhã (na reserva falava que tinha), instalações velhas e sem manutenção, falta de vontade no atendimento

The air conditioning of the unit does not work management and people at the front desk have not done anything to help it or to fix it would not recommend this place

Walls were disgusting they looked like someone lived in the room and never cleaned. The beds were clean and thankfully we only stayed one night. The area was great and the people were nice. If they would clean the walls and rooms better I would stay again. Beds not too comfy but it’s a hotel.
