場所が余り良くなかった。仕方ないかもしれませんが、夜は少し怖い場所でした。

ホテルはユニバーサルから1キロもないので、近くて便利でした。 ハロウィンホラーナイト期間だったため、ハロウィンホラーナイトチケットも購入して、2:00閉園までいました。 夫婦2人だけだと帰り道歩いて帰るのが怖かったと思いますが、他の観光客の方がいたので、　きました。（ホテル⇄ユニバーサル ） 事前に口コミを見て行ったのですが、口コミ記載とおり、排水溝のつまり・シャワーの蛇口がガタガタで外れそうでしたが、何とか使えました。 遊んで寝るだけだったら、十分なホテルだと思いました。

配管がよく詰まります。そしてすぐに直していただけません。ランドリーがありません。クリーニングの受付けがありません。長期滞在者に不親切です。

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Quelques galères avec la douche et l’eau coupée dans la bâtiment sans en avoir été averti mais appart cela tout s’est bien passé. Le métro et Universal sont à 5min à pied. Nous n’avions pas de voiture et nous avons pu visiter tout ce que nous avions prévu en Lyft ou métro.

No breakfast service.

There were roaches crawling on the wall above the bed and in the bathroom in both rooms they gave us. GROSS! I tried to move hotels but there was not one in the area.

It was a nice, friendly stay. They have no food service. No breakfast. They are renovating so the I expect the upgrades will improve things. The bed was OK but the sheets didn't fit.

It was a comfortable stay. I'm not rushing back to BLVD for a rebooking, but I wouldn't dismiss them either. The building just lacked any new renovations and appeared outdated, but cleanliness was maintained. Staff was very friendly and attentive and assisted with a lost item. If it was not for the lack of renovation that was in my opinion, overdue, this would have been a perfectly affordable and wonderful stay.

Great distance to Universal Studios. Bar only open on Saturdays.

The staff was nice and I wasn’t expecting much from this property because of the area and the price. But I feel like I could’ve gotten the same quality somewhere else for a much cheaper price. They are apparently going through remodeling but you can tell it’s poorly done, the A/C unit is super laud, the motor in the bathroom was broken, all the shampoos and other bathroom essentials were all different brands like they just put out whatever they have left and we didn’t even get body wash or hand soap to wash our hands! It’s not the worst place ever but definitely not worth what they are charging

The rooms were filthy. Boogers and hair all over the bathroom. Everything was dirty. The lighting was terrible and felt like we were in a dungeon. They say they are renovating rooms so what you see online is not what you are going to get.

It was old and smelled funny.

Staff was friendly, but room wasn't great. Bed wasn't very comfortable. The biggest bummer was that they advertised an indoor pool and the the pool was not usable. It was across the parking lot in a weird location, not maintained and not heated. The water was so cold, you couldn't get in the pool.

Something was going on with the checkin process. 3 separate parties were told to sit down and wait. After 10 to 15 mins we all were helped. The bar was open but didn’t have ice for drinks. The bartender offered to make shots 😱

This property is falling apart and the rooms weren't cleaned properly. I found a ball of someone else's hair in the middle of the floor of the room where the bed and tv were.
