場所が余り良くなかった。仕方ないかもしれませんが、夜は少し怖い場所でした。

ホテルはユニバーサルから1キロもないので、近くて便利でした。 ハロウィンホラーナイト期間だったため、ハロウィンホラーナイトチケットも購入して、2:00閉園までいました。 夫婦2人だけだと帰り道歩いて帰るのが怖かったと思いますが、他の観光客の方がいたので、　きました。（ホテル⇄ユニバーサル ） 事前に口コミを見て行ったのですが、口コミ記載とおり、排水溝のつまり・シャワーの蛇口がガタガタで外れそうでしたが、何とか使えました。 遊んで寝るだけだったら、十分なホテルだと思いました。

配管がよく詰まります。そしてすぐに直していただけません。ランドリーがありません。クリーニングの受付けがありません。長期滞在者に不親切です。

The hotel wasn't horrible. However, it was under construction and we didn't get warning until after it was too late to change or cancel reservation. We had some strange plumbing issues and staff had to over the instruct us on how to fix the shower. It also had hidden fees. They did not take a deposit, which was nice, but there was an additional fee for parking and another weird service fee of 20$. So be prepared to pay another 55$ minimum out of pocket. They also made it sound like Universal Studios was in walking distance. This is not the case. It is over a 20 minute walk to the park. They did let us know that there is a shuttle you can walk to that is a little closer that would take us to the park, but they don't offer any shuttle services themselves. All in all it wasn't a bad hotel, but I think with hidden fees, not being in walking distance, no shuttle and the construction going on, I would have paid even a tad bit more to be at a different hotel. I would be lying if I said I wasn't slightly bummed about this hotel. Next time we will book with someone else.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Why do you have a service charge, this part is a money grab as you pay for something that your accomodation fee should include. This fee is absolutely a waste of money. It is a great location for universal and a 5 minute walk to the free shuttle bus and to the metro to take you straight to Hollywood…you don’t need an uber…also how about you tell everyone BEFORE you pay big money for accommodation for a place that is undergoing renovations rather than asking for forgiveness AFTER you pay for the accommodation you are selling on the sites… this is misleading and dishonest… you need to do better…also you hallways are putrid get them steam cleaned.

Excelente ubicación si vas a universal studios

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean, and we would love to come back again!

Everything at this hotel was falling apart. The showers didn’t work very well. There were chairs that were broken and some of the lamps didn’t work. At the prices they charge the upkeep is simply unacceptable.

The maintenance and upkeep of this property is unacceptable. If the rooms were half of what they are charging now, it would probably be worth it, but it is not worth it at the prices that they charge.

I'm not sure how Expedia gave 3.5 stars to this property. Rooms were below average, more like motel rooms. Photos uploaded on Expedia are deceptive. Very few amenities. Property deserves 3 or maybe 2.5 stars so that people can take proper decision based on ratings/prices before booking the place. Parking was easy. Very close to Universal if someone is planning to visit.

I didn’t like the fact you have to pay to park and an additional 100 dollars for incidentals that where who knows what so my two night stay was over 1000 bucks not planning on going back

We paid good money to stay in a hotel that was fairly close to Universal Studios. We expected to have a couch with two beds so our family could all sleep comfortably. We got into our room and there was chipped paint, dirty bathroom floor, the furniture had been taped together, the outlets didn’t have covers on them. When we went downstairs to eat breakfast, there wasn’t a decent breakfast option- there was a convenience store with terrible gas station food for us ago PURCHASE (after already spending $500 on two nights to stay) and just a tiny coffee carafe for us to serve ourselves. We wanted to relax by the indoor pool and it wasn’t heated nor was the pool area.. and it was about 45 degrees- so going into a cold pool at night was not what we hoped for. The lobby was clean and the staffing was nice at the front desk but I will not be staying there again. Not to mention there were homeless people all around.

Close to a lot of places, very quite and clean will definitely stay again😊

Está bien y probablemente si regresaría , la limpieza del cuarto está muy bien pero los pasillos se ven sucios. El personal amable y cordial y si está caminando de los estudios universal. La zona está bien pero no es la mejor

Cobran un suplemento de 21 dólares que no tiene ni razón de ser. Muchísimo ruido
