This is a beautiful place in the villages where there is so much to see and do with lots of live music and restaurants and it’s very clean and quaint and lots of friendly people!

I loved this hotel and would stay here again. It was very clean and comfortable. At times, it was difficult to find a parking space because so many people from the area park in the hotel lot when taking bus trips.

Comfortable room and bed. Clean room. Warm and welcoming staff.

Our room was beautiful! We loved the luxurious feel of the room. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely comfortable room and super convenient to Brownwood Paddock Square. Spacious room with king sized bed. Only downside were noisy doors closing in hallway of other rooms at random times of night. We had a 3 night stay and heard the doors every night which became a bit annoying

The property is really beautiful and very convenient to restaurants and shops.

Staff was amazing. We arrived early and they were able to get us into our rooms and the rooms were absolutely beautiful love the decor and the surrounding area has a lot of great bars, dining options and also is close by.

Front seat service was fair. Offered nothing more than just check in. Not welcoming.

I have to give two stars due to the lack of dog control by hotel management. During a four day stay I had to complain twice for dogs on a non pet floor. I have dog allergies and specifically asked for a non pet floor. When I complained the response was people sneak their dogs in the back door. I would suggest a $500 or $1000 surcharge when sneaking a pet onto a non pet floor. That would make these dog people think twice.

Large room, refrigerator actually set at a good temperature, great experience at reasonable price. Will definitely return.

This hotel was beautiful and clean and themed. All around a 5 star hotel and experience.

This is one of our favorite hotels! We have stayed here before and will stay here again since we have family in the area. It is immaculately clean, and the amenities are great. Love it here!
