フリーウェイへの近さが最大のメリットです。古い施設なので綺麗好きの人は無理かも。静かに寝れて暖かいお湯が出ればOKで、電子レンジ　冷蔵庫　ドライヤーも付いていたので個人的にはまぁまぁ満足でした。円安なので宿泊費が安かったのも良かったです。

For the price, this place is great! Isi it perfect? No, but definitely a worthy affordable option.

It’s good place to stay

Location was good for restaurants. No noise problems. Request for ground level room was available. There weren't enough parking spaces available in the area near our room. The room had an odor and stains at various locations. The Air Conditioner did not work, and this was a stay in the summer on a near 90' day.

They gave away my room I reserved a day earlier. Put me in a smoking room that has made me sick. Strong smoke smell. Woke up w headache, clogged sinuses, and I feel sick.

So let’s start with the long black hair in the shower —- I’m a blond red head!! Then the shower with a consistent drip! The tv welp I was told no tv so ok I fig it was not there nooooo it had been punched ! Low key I was wondering if there’s was hidden cameras! It smelled of cigarettes the bath tub had burns all over it n I think I saw a mouse —- then if that was not enough the bed I woke up with bites on my legs ! So no I would not sing as even an emergency situation as I did— sleeping in my car would have been better!

The protest was ok but found a cockroach crawling on my bed-yuck! Theoffice didn't have any bug spray but some febreze with ginger fragrance so sloshed that all around our beds.

I was on the top floor at the south end of the building alongside Rohnert Park Expressway and Highway 101. There was a lot of traffic noise on a Saturday night. If possible, try to get a room on the north and/or west side.

Easy in and out, just a one night stay, felt safe, some things could be updated, but not looking for super luxurious for a one night stay. Checked in early which was nice. I would recommend.

The room was not clean. TV didn't work. Bed uncomfortable.

Last weekend, I checked into Budget Inn with my friend and her two young daughters at 7pm and we got a room upstairs. When checked in and realized the room had a bad odor and smokey smell. We laid in the bed and the comfort and mattress felt unpleasant. During my time in bringing the items into the room, we parked our car in front of room 510 which was oddly hearing a man in distress calling for help. I noticed from peaking from a far (with the door wide open), it was a naked white man on the floor. Yesterday, I checked into your hotel with my friend and her two young daughters at 7pm and we got a room upstairs. When checked in and realized the room had a bad odor and smokey smell. We laid in the bed and the comfort and mattress felt unpleasant. During my time in bringing the items into the room, we parked our car in front of room 510 which was oddly hearing a man in distress calling for help. I went immediately to the front desk and the representative went to check on him and the fire truck came immediately afterwards to check on him. After being in our room for 2 hours, we decided to check out and grab a new hotel. Personally, we felt unsafe at this hotel and we would request some type of refund for not fully staying at our hotel. Thank you.

Great service

T.V. was cracked, Toilet wouldn't flush, shower had burn stains, sink had burn marks. It did the job but I wouldn't book again unless it was last place in area

The room was dirty and grimy and the front desk took a night off my reservation and I was forced to pay for another night and the place has roaches that are everywhere and the staff was very unfriendly and they did not accommodate anything and to make matters worse I found a hypodermic needle filled with some kind of substance and It was totally terrible the whole time I will be getting my money back from this place I don’t care if I have to file a dispute but DO NOT GO THERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME RENTING FROM HERE
