Great price for location

I had to take a cold shower! Room was clean and I got what I paid for. Minus the cold shower. I needed a cheap room quickly, and that’s what I got. Staff was friendly

I stay there a lot and the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean.

We pulled up to this obviously older hotel and were getting pangs of regret. The front desk is littered with post-its and random notes under the glass top. I was met at the door by a happy little dog and my wife began rolling her eyes. A casual front desk atmosphere was clear. Walking past the pool to our room, I noticed it was clean and the water was clear. I did not get the chance to sample it. We climbed the wooden stairs with 2x4 railings to our second floor room while making a mental note to lock the car. After a minor hiccup getting our key card to work, we settled into our room. It was clean. I kicked off my shoes with abandon and perused the available TV channels on the flat screen TV. I found there to be ample furniture, but not a crowded room I got comfortable on the couch as my wife sampled the bed. Nothing was ample, but satisfactorily accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, no stains on any bedding. Outlets were few, but enough to get our tablets and phones charged. The shower was nice and hot, while the controls were traditional and precise. There was enough soap and shampoo for the visit and surprisingly, acceptable to my wife. (she's sensitive to scents) If you're not expecting the Waldorf, Budget Lodge is a good low cost place to flop. Surprisingly clean and comfortable at the lower cost range. Don't judge the book by it's cover.

I have no clue why it has a two star review. For the price and location it’s 3 but the staff and the cleanliness makes it a 5

the bed wasnt comfortable, the lights would flicker and flash when turned on. i am photosensitive. the water wasnt very warm in the shower. room was small. fridge/freezer was still dirty. noises all around. had to place a chair under the door handle to feel safe.

This place was disgusting and full of roaches. And when you tell the indian owner up front. “We sprayed with medicine” well why did I wake up to crawling on my legs!!!

Bathroom needs repair refrigerator did'nt work very well

I didn’t like how unsafe I felt staying in the facility. The front door only had one lock on the door and there weren’t any emergency exits. The bathroom shower wasn’t very eficiente for everyone only for ppl 5’3 or smaller. A very cramped shower with very rough towels. The quality didn’t match the price I paid for. I feel scammed and ripped off.

The worst room had to sleep with roaches and got head lice

Our stay was wonderful. The check in was fast and front desk clerk was very friendly. They even brought us extra towels immediately upon our arrival without us asking. It was a very nice room and quite peaceful.

Delete, the upfront was very suspicious of us that we will smoke in the room, and made the whole communication really unpleasant.

The management was very nice. The hotel needs some updating.

There were stains on the mattress, a whole in the wall, refrigerator rusted, no second lock, I ended up putting a chair under door handle, was told why the pool was closed… TMI, just saying it’s closed would have been sufficient Will never stay again

the room was clean, fresh and comfortable....Diamond, the clerk, room keeper and all around worker was very friendly and helpfull...she was a joy to interact with...she deserves a raise..she's an asset to the Inn
