Just needed more parking

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and the room

Staff at the property were great. When we woke up there was no water. I asked for a refund and the guy at the front desk told us we would get it through Expedia. I am still waiting for the refund.

Dirt dust and mold visible on kitchenette backsplash, shower, sink, wood divider between bed and living area, chairs. The front desk staff were amazing. I really enjoyed my stay just wish more attention was given to cleaning the rooms.

I want my point back because we never go to check in

At times I felt unsafe on the property. Men were drinking and drunk at the pool while families had their children swimming. We rode the elevator with a shady looking fellow that had a heavy coat on and it was 99 degrees outside. The room was just clean enough. However, the ladies working in the lobby were nice and laid back. They charged my credit card for both nights despite the fact I had paid for them through hotels. Com. I have a dispute ongoing.

The entire staff was very professional. Now the elevators needs ac ( too hot) , it was an uncomfortable feeling while waiting to get to my floor. The toilet continues to run but stops when you tap the handle ( flusher ) several times. The hotel is near, several restaurants which is convenient.

Loved the fact of free laundry equipment available. Location was great everything was like 15 to 20 min from where I needed to be. Loved full size refridge and room space. Value was exceptional.

We were here in Hoover for a baseball Tournament - we were looking for a place to stay with multiple bed options which they had. And really that was the end of things that went well. We checked in, and told there was no cable TV and that it would be fixed that day. It needed up being out for the entirety of our 5 day stay. Our room hasn’t been well cleaned from the previous stay - carpets were dirty, there was hair on the counters and inside the drawers, and food and smears on the bathroom mirror and all over the AC unit. They don’t clean daily (we didn’t qualify whatever that means) so we had to request cleaning the next day. The craziest part was in order to get new towels we had to carry our dirty towels down to the office in order to get new ones. I know it was a holiday weekend and maybe staffing was light but the hotel was just dirty. Spots all over the tile that would be there for days, elevators sides were dirty, floor tiles cracked. It was dirty and while the amenities were nice for an extended stay it was hard to get past the cleanliness issues.

The cable was out the entire time and the remote didn’t do anything to the tv because we had no cable

Everything went very smoothly. Nice place, good location

When I arrived the room that I was supposed to stay in was having work done to it. They promptly gave me an upgrade with no charge and the front desk lady was very nice and helpful

Very clean

We love to stay here when we have week long baseball tournaments at The Met.

The Gentleman that checked us in was very nice and professional. Facilities are nice and amenities.I will come back again..
