2回目の宿泊でした。前回同様、広くて清潔な部屋でした。部屋以外の通路や階段・ロビー・フィットネスルームなど総じて清潔感があります。また国際空港に近い場所柄か、自分が英語が苦手なのが分かると、色々と簡潔に対応してもらえたと思います。唯一の不満点は、洗濯機が1個故障していて混雑していた為使えなかった事です。待てば良かったのですが。洗濯機の使用は無料なのと、洗剤はホテル内の売店にありました。またポートランド(周辺)に泊まる際にはここに泊まると思います。

ビジネスで1週間滞在しました。部屋にキッチンの設備が付いていて、冷蔵庫も家庭用の大型のものでしたので、食材を保存するのにも便利でした。一通りの食器も揃っていて、快適に過ごせました。 スタッフも親切で、こちらの要望にも対応していただき、とても助かりました。 また機会があれば、ぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

We made our reservation on Expidia 30 min prior to getting there. We had a moving truck. We pulled in to the parking lot and there was no parking available and no room to turn around. We had to squeeze to the end and the proceed to turn around little by little to finally get turned around. I was amazed he was able to do all that without hitting any cars. When we asked were we can park the truck because there was no parking available in the parking lot they said to park behind the hotel in the alley. We drove back there and it was dark. And there was a no parking sign.. we were not going to leave all our belongings in a dark alley and it clearly said no parking.. when we asked for our money back so we could go somewhere else they said we would have to deal with Expedia. When I called Expidia they said the shift manager was not available and they would get back to me.. no one had.. we were there for our reservation.. it’s not our fault they had no parking available to accommodate our truck but there was no parking available at all for anyone else to even park a car.. so be wear you may not have parking available here if you decide to stay here.

We booked this location due to airport shuttle for 6am flight. Turns out they don’t run the shuttle that early.

The room is clean but a little bit dark, furniture is outdated. We were charged for toothbrush and toothpaste from the lobby store even though we never purchased anything. Although they finally gave us the refund after a few days but still trouble us.

It was good.

Clean property, rooms were nice. Only real annoyance was how small the parking lot is, way to tight to try and park in there.

Nice property but definitely small for parking a full size truck and impossible if you’re hauling an enclosed trailer.

Was great for the price, much better than the Rosewood Hotel down the street, which we quickly checked out of once we got glimpse of our room. It was conveniently located close to Portland and the hotel in general was clean.

Plenty of room for whole family. Like having a separate bedroom and a kitchen space.

Staff was great. Hotel convenient to the airport. Need Uber for early morning (3:30am) flight though as no shuttle available.

The lady that check me in was friendly, but the staff around her was not!

We were satisfied with our decision to stay at Candlewood.

No water bottle re-fill station! I realize this might seem small, but not being able to re-fill water should truly be a standard hotel amenity. This made the stay challenging with kids (who drink a lot of water!)

Disappointed by Miscommunication and Lack of Transparency I recently stayed at this hotel and originally booked for three nights. However, due to a change in my plans, I needed to check out a night early. I informed the front desk about this change on the day of check-in, which was more than 48 hours before my original checkout date. The staff assured me that this would not be a problem given I am informing them in advance. Unfortunately, after I checked out, I was informed that the manager did not approve the refund, and therefore I would be charged for all three nights. This was not only disappointing but also frustrating. I followed the exact process that was instructed to me and communicated my change as early as possible. My main issue isn't with the refund itself, but with the false impression I was given that everything was taken care of. Had I been told up front that a refund wouldn’t be possible, I would have explored alternative options. Instead, I was misled and left with no choice at the last moment. I hope the hotel can improve its internal communication and be clear and upfront with guests about their policies, especially when it directly affects decision-making and costs.

10 out of 10 the staff is friendly and they gave me a gift. The room is spacious its my second time staying because it is the perfect place to relax. It has the best sunset view just beautiful! It has a full loaded kitchen
