Great place!

Canyon Rim at Eagle Crest is not Eagle Crest...apparently there are 3 different groups who own this area which makes it confusing and all the staff are slightly confused by it as well. Check-in was behind a partition at the sports center. When arriving at the condo we reserved, the door was open with 2 service folks inside working on the AC unit and garbage was on the porch. We arrived well after the designated check-in time. The unit was 80% clean..lots of crumbs on the floor of kitchen and bathroom had hair clumps in the corner. What primarily upset me was the AC was broken and the upstairs was stifling - we asked for a repair. The folks could not figure out how to repair, although the repair folks tried their best. Canyon Rim never offered a different condo and temperatures upstairs in the condo were high 90's...difficult to sleep. It seems Canyon Rim is aware of the issues when we found several fans in the closet. The unit should not be rented if the AC is not working in the middle of summer. My family has traveled enough to have many different flavors of accommodations. The next suggestion would be a check-out list. Since the condo does have a kitchen, instructions on garbage would be helpful or how to use the TV. Would we stay again...not so sure...Good for the price, maybe..Is the location pretty, yes.

We were welcomed the second we checked in. Very nice and felt like they were genuinely wanting to make sure we were having fun. The condo was very clean. Communication was great

Deschutes River hike near condo was beautiful.

We booked condo through a third party. Either the third party or property didn’t properly enter our dates of stay which caused issues with front desk who tried to bill us for extra days. The front desk staff was very passive aggressive and lacked any form of customer service. The condo had appliances that didn’t work and cups stained with lipstick. We stay at this property every year and this year showed the declining workforce within the hospitality industry.

The unit was very clean and nicely updated. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for our stay. Appreciated the on-site laundry as we were there for a basketball tournament!

Front desk employees very nice. Indoor tennis facility employees outstanding! I highly recommend Eagle Crest and intend to stay there again.
