シャワーの水圧が弱いくらいで、あとは、悪いところは、特に感じませんでした。 ビーチや、レストランなども、近くにあり、環境は、凄く良かったです。 同じ場所に行くなら、また泊まりたいと思いました。

カールスバッドダウンタウンにあるこのホテルは、ロケーションが抜群です。 レストラン、ショッピング、カフェ、そしてビーチへのアクセスも素晴らしい！ 家族で楽しめる素敵な場所です。

Had to ask for new towels multiple times, no maid service the whole time we were there, even after asking

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Friendly staff who gave us a nice big room with a pool view. Great location just steps away from the beach with great ocean views from the pool area. We particularly liked the fire pits where we sat each evening watching the sunset and chatting with other guests. Quick walk into Carlsbad Village and the train station is ten minute walk away. We took the coaster ride down to Encinitas for $6.50 Lots of activities available at the hotel if you wanted. Would be good for families Hotel is cosy maybe a little tired looking but we still enjoyed our stay and would definitely return another time!

The property was clean but la cking in some areas. Hotel clerk, on arrival, was not clear with directions within the hotel which left us exasperated while trying to find our room. Some cosmetic updating is needed in and around the hotel. Housekeeping only comes in every 3 days. Due to this, we had to empty our own garbages. When they did come in, they forgot to refill the stationery shampoo and we ran out the day before we left. Luckily, I had my own back-up. They did give us plenty of towels and offer chairs and umbrellas, as an amenity, for the beach.

Room was nice. Beautiful location. We have stayed there several times as have family and friends but this was most likely the last time. Housekeeping staff was very kind. The front desk person and customer service were not very welcoming. They told us they would text when our room was ready and so we left the resort and waited. They never contacted us. We went back to the hotel and found out our room had been ready for a while. Several times myself and other guests went to the front desk and there was nobody there. We had a weeklong reservation and found when we called for coffee for the coffee pot in our room ( 2 packets were provided) that you had to pay extra for coffee. I would hope when you’re staying and paying resort fees for a week you could at least have complimentary coffee in your room. That’s how other resorts/hotels are that we spend time at. I understand it’s a small thing, but when I contacted customer service they had no desire to accommodate or work with us. So it wasn’t about the coffee at this point. It was the principle of the thing, and the fact that they were rude and not accommodating. We were actually looking into a timeshare at this resort as we spend time in that area, we have now chosen to move on to a different one because if you can’t get decent customer service for small things like coffee, what are the big things going be like? They need a happier reception staff and customer service revamp to bring this resort back to what it used to be.

The hotel was excellent! We have only good memories and nothing to complaint .

Proximity to the beach and restaurants

Check in time is normally 4 PM but they sent us a text saying our room was ready earlier. Thankful for that the room we have faces the street you do hear a little bit of the traffic. It is the old room, but it has nice conveniences like coffee maker microwave and refrigerator. TV shows Netflix, but doesn’t allow you to login to Netflix even with your own account. Personnel at front desk were very friendly and nice pool area looks nice even though we did not use it. Nice walk to the beach also

Great Location 1 block from the beach. Patio/courtyard is nice to hang out. pool is a bit small for the size of the resort. lots of kids so you need to be prepared for what comes with that. nice restaurants nearby and great to have free parking at a resort for once. 7 out of 10. Nice amenities for family vacations.

Perfect location for walking to everything

We absolutely loved our stay! Beach access, beach toys the hotel provided everything was fantastic!

The property location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The property itself could use some upgrading as it’s a bit dated. The area around the jacuzzi is a beautiful spot; however, it has glass all around it that was filthy and took away from enjoying the view. We likely had the worst view in the whole hotel. Our balcony looked onto the wall of the next building. They offer beach chairs, umbrellas, and body boards by the beach which was nice since we forgot our own beach chairs. We used the free bikes to ride around town. They were very old without any gears so be prepared for a workout. The check-in/check-out situation was a mess with people everywhere. All in all we give the resort a 3/5. The place has great potential if they put a little money in it for an upgrade.
